Farming Simulator 22 – More of the Same, Just in a New Hat After nearly 400 hours in FS19, I was hoping FS22 would feel like a true step forward. Instead, it feels more like a rebranded update than a full sequel. Visually, it’s nearly identical. Gameplay-wise, the changes are subtle at best—most of the improvements feel like things the modding community already gave us for free. It’s not a bad game by any means, but it struggles to justify its full price tag, especially here in Australia where it’s still $44 for the base game or $70 for the full bundle (3 Years on). That’s a big ask for what feels like FS19.5. If you’re new to the series, FS22 is a solid entry point. But if you’ve already sunk serious time into FS19, you might find yourself wondering why you paid again for what feels like the same crop in a different field. Very hesitant about FS25 unless there’s a real leap forward.

Chill as heck. Great game to sit back and relax. Listen to ebooks or podcasts, chew through some shows or educational content, or just get away from the toxic cesspool that online gaming has become. And grow plants with badass machines. It's "Schedule 1" for people who listen to rain sounds to sleep.

✅ Huge selection of licensed machines (John Deere, Fendt, Case IH, etc.). ✅ Seasons and new production chains add more realism. ✅ Multiplayer is awesome, a completely different experience with friends. ✅ Mod support extends the game’s lifespan to the max. ✅ Graphics and physics are noticeably better than in previous games. ❌ AI traffic and workers can be pretty bad at times. ❌ The core gameplay hasn’t changed much—if you’ve played FS19, it won’t feel revolutionary. ❌ Some bugs still appear, but most have been fixed with updates. 💬 If you enjoy farming games, FS22 is a solid choice. With mods and multiplayer, it’s top-tier fun! 🚜 Rating: 8.5/10 – Recommended!
