Thank you. This might not be your ordinary review. I was in a dark place as well. I was sad and, quite honest, a little bit amused, that you would create this game out of depression. Then I played it. It was quite sad for me to read those imprints. I felt very vulnerable, only listenig to your voice and mocking me, out of self-hatred.... i could emphathise. The final sentence about your girlfriend leaving you, and I am fairly sure, this is not the whole story, and someone close to you diagnosed with cancer made me cry a little bit. And not for the unnbeatable game, but for the relentless critics and the given: That you created something so powerful, when at your weakest, that inspired and challengend a ton of peoplee. I guess, i am quite lost, after all, but would still like too thank you, for giving me something to appreciate, that being lost doesn't mean drowning... only keeping on. Thank you. It was an experience i will always cherish. I hope you are fairing well.
Alright, I streamed and beat this silly game. Gonna keep this review short and sweet. It's a troll game with some clever twists and Easter eggs. It's less rage bait than a lot of the games that I've played and I never felt so angered that I wanted to quit or close the game, but that's my tolerance. This game isn't for everybody. The story was good and features some interesting insights to the Dev's personal life, which shows he put his heart into it. I recommend.
