I got this game in a cheap bundle, so I figured I'd give it a shot. It's an interesting mix of Tower Defense, strategy, and puzzle mechanics. I can't really call it a good game or a bad one. The first few levels are easy and mostly there to teach you the basics, but after two or three hours the difficulty ramps up quite a bit. You'll actually need to understand the mechanics if you want to deal with the later waves and bosses. That's pretty much my biggest takeaway. I can see that the game has found its audience, but it never really clicked with me. I'm a fan of Tower Defense games, but this one throws so many different ideas together that it starts feeling a bit all over the place. The visual style is also very subjective. It didn't appeal to me, and neither did the gameplay. I never reached the point where I wanted to play "just one more level." I'd only recommend picking it up if it's heavily discounted and you already like what you've seen in the screenshots or videos. Otherwise, I'd probably pass. Overall, this was another 50/50 experience for me. I don't think it deserves a negative review, but I can't honestly recommend it either.
A pretty original game in its gameplay. Due to the amount of different towers you can use, you can mix and match to try and find your own strategy, a very fun game. Starts of pretty easy, but the last chapters are incredibly hard, so you can be sure to have fun from start to finish. Gotta point out thought that it's obvious that the dev is not english speaking, as the english in the game is very odd, so some towers you'll have to use them to find out how they work, as the desc of them is not very comprehensible.
Halfway through, Its fun. You play a little mech, actively placing down towers every round. You can only place them where your team's coverage allows, which the game even admits is similar to Tetris. Each level has you start over building, so you need to start off with building some economy, similarly to an RTS campaign. If you get a vertical column complete, you get a shield, with subsequent columns boosting it, i believe. Later maps have walls, which makes you reposition your team to get the best coverage. You can also upgrade them to change their shapes, and boost the tiles they influence. The music is pretty good, all the menus look nice, the enemies and your airborne allies have nice designs, however the tower designs are lacking.
