Pretty fun game enjoying it so far. Most gametime has been multiplayer co-op, and as of this writing, we've finished (or lost) 50% of our games and had a desync end the run the other 50% of the time. Symptom is the second players game begins to lagg, then stops getting new updates, mechanically frozen, though animations and UI continue to function. The only option is to end the run, but neither party is presented with the problem (game doesn't seem to know its borked). Once you re-host, you will be given a "reconnect" button after your partner joins. This resumes your game from the previous node (IE if you crash in the middle of a fight, you repeat that fight).
I love this game, but I'm so terrible at it. In all the time I've played, maybe I've beaten it like 2 or 3 times. But even though I suck at it and lose all the time, it's still that old-school arcade-type blast to play. What if it were an arcade game? You would keep putting in money. And for that, this game is a rare gem; as hard as it is, it just keeps you hooked, a thing that's lacking in most games nowadays. every point of the journey is made fun as it should be even do il continue to suck at it il hope to slowly beat it cause its just good fun
cant believe I forgot to leave a review on this one Game is GREAT. It's a fun tower defense with a lot of customization in your towers and playstyle, i had so much fun with this AND IT HAS COOP. Absolutely a banger. If you like tower defense and nuclear throne style shooters, its sort of a mix of the two. Buy it at full price, support these devs!
