What a gem of a game. Extremely funny, disturbing and intuitive gameplay mechanic and fun puzzles with lots of replayability with story choice branching. Playing with the whole family. It's just awesome.

Play as a pacifist Viking in Helheim, and almost everyone else wants to fight the giant and die at the battlefield so they can go to Valhalla -_- Poor kid doesn't want to fight, and his mom told him: All awesome Vikings go to Valhalla, but if you're sick, old, or lame, you're doomed to eternity in Helheim! You do want to get brutally nurdered in battle and go to Valhalla, right? Okay, hun! I'm gonna go and see if a nice giant wants to SLIT MY THROAT! See you at the battle!

After playing the Holy Gosh Darn, I got into the rest of the games in this series and I think this is the next best one. All across the three games, the writing and general sense of humor is very consistent and I personally enjoyed the writing of all three games. For this title in particular, most of the puzzles are pretty straightforward, but a lot of the extra ones can be a bit frustrating. Trying to go for 100% completion can take some time, but the game fortunately has a playable end state, so you can play for the story, then go back to the previous maps for the extras if you feel like it. Ultimately, though, it's hard to just recommend this game alone since I feel like you should play all three games in this series and each entry helps you appreciate the others slightly more. That being said, this one and the Holy Gosh Darn are the best entries, partially due to the fact that Manual Samuel is very short, so if you play either one and like it, I would recommend you play the other games, as well. https://store.steampowered.com/app/1466230/The_Holy_Gosh_Darn/

This is a very cute and creative puzzle game. There's a good sense of humor throughout, and they come up with a lot of creative ways to require different body parts to interact with puzzle elements.

Great game. Don't think it got enough attention. Maybe these guys should have made a cartoon show/movie instead. Its best to be bad, its funnier. Last boss was a bit of a pain but its a last boss. What does feel hard is 100%ing this one. Can't believe Balder and Ramsey didn't get their own card.
