Basically a remake of EA's Battlefield Heroes. If you enjoyed BFH back in the day, you will enjoy this game. Consider supporting the game and telling your friends! More players wanted!

Heroes of Valor was supposed to be BFH, but ended up... something else Sadly, I just don’t feel the vibe that Battlefield Heroes had. And it’s not just about the visuals the atmosphere simply isn’t there. I don’t feel like launching the game at all, and that’s not just because of the missing vibe, but also because of the bots, which have been an issue from the very beginning. I’ve said it from the start I don’t accept bots in PvP games. Shove them into sandbox mode and disable ranked progress there, because that silly leaderboard you’ve got makes no sense when everything on it is farmed through bot matches. But honestly, it’s not even about that useless board I don’t care about it anyway it’s the fact that I bought this game to play with other people, not shoot at bots. There are players who prefer playing against AI, and that’s fine let them stay in their basement, disconnected from real PvP. But the characters and levels they use in sandbox shouldn’t be tied to the PvP side. I also bought this game to support the devs, hoping it would eventually get closer to the original but so far, they’re just following their own preferences. They released the "Barricade" map just to check off the box that they added something over the summer. That map is so bad, so stupid a bridge with a pile of crap in the middle you’re supposed to capture. And what’s the fun on this map? Run to the flag, die instantly, get spammed by grenades, bombs, barrels, and pushed off the bridge. Fun for who, exactly? It’s easily the worst map in the game, if you can even call it a map. Other maps also leave a lot to be desired they’re ugly, control points are way too close to each other. In BFH, you could feel the weapons each one felt different, had weight. Here, it’s like shooting pancakes. The sniper? In BFH, a headshot dropped someone instantly. Here, you have to spam shots the word "sniper" means nothing in this game. The character models are another issue. In BFH, the difference between characters was clear their look, voice, movement, even the way the enemy team walked was different. Here? Same model for everyone. Boring. The announcer when capturing a point is pointless and doesn’t fit the game at all. When capturing, the flag should lower and raise just like in the original another small thing, but stuff like that is what made the game feel special. Mechanics and physics are lacking too. That last update made the tank faster than a jeep it was absurd. They slowed it down a little later, but it’s still too fast. There was no reason to change it in the first place just because some kids didn’t know how to drive it and kept dying? So now it needs to be made idiot-proof so they can escape faster? In BFH, a sniper headshot meant instant kill. Here? Spam and hope. In BFH, you could snipe a pilot out of a plane because the cockpit was open. Here? Forget it. Planes in BFH could be taken down with one good tank shot. Here? Nothing. They just keep flying like nothing happened. I played quite a lot during the test phases. After the Steam release? Around 10 hours, and that’s it. The rest of my playtime was just leaving the game minimized to unlock event items. Even that was poorly done you didn’t have to do anything except be online. That’s how low the effort was. I know it’s early access, but looking at all the updates so far nothing has changed for the better, not even in the smallest way. Many people are saying the game should be free. In my opinion it’s not worth the full price, not even when it’s on sale. It should cost half at most. But making it free would just turn it into even more of a playground for bots and hackers, and it’s already enough of a mess. To sum it up: The game’s just sitting there collecting dust. No fun, no soul, no proper balance and the devs seem to be going in the complete opposite direction than they should. Rating: Neutral only because I still have a shred of hope left. But it’s barely hanging on.

This game feels like a breath of fresh air straight from my childhood. For fans of the old BFH, it’s going to be an absolute treat - the same atmosphere, the same classes and weapons (though I hope in the future there will be more rifles, pistols, and skins that are easier to get than before, lol). The characters move faster now, but still feel a bit too slow. I’m already looking forward to quests and Steam achievements. Right now, earning coins to open cases takes way too long - I wish this process was faster. Will there be both purchasable coins and free-to-earn coins? I’m really curious to see what the game will become and whether it will stay fair or drown in pay-to-win mechanics. Btw, I love the option that allows you to create your own room with whatever you want, I hope in the future we could keep only one map. I was so happy when I saw the news about this game online, and I wish the developers the best of luck! Playing it felt amazing - like coming home from school and rushing to play BFH, but now you’re a different person… and yet, it’s still just as fun as it used to be. UPD: game on discount tho

This 1GB game has the kind of potential that could honestly put some AAA titles to shame. But to really become something great, it needs two key things: A bigger, active player base. Devs who stay focused on fixing bugs and adding actual gameplay content, not just pumping out cosmetic or paid items. The €13.31 price tag might feel a bit steep, especially compared to rival free-to-play games, but it’s still fair if you’re into supporting the project. Let’s just hope the devs put that support to good use. To the Devs: Please don’t mess this up. Focus on building a solid game first. If it’s fun and well-balanced, people will spend money in the shop, you don’t need to force it. Let it happen naturally. You’ve got something special here, don’t ruin it with bad priorities. To Potential Buyers: The game is actually a blast. The mechanics are a little janky, but not in a bad way, they’re challenging in a fun, weirdly refreshing way. Yeah, it takes like 3–4 sniper shots or like two mags of an automatic to kill an enemy, but feels like that’s part of the design. It’s not trying to be ultra-realistic, it’s about challenge and longer fights, which actually makes the battlefield feel more alive. Less dying instantly, more strategy. I'll keep playing, hope you do too, and also hope that the devs do not f this up.

Battlefield Heroes inspired, i liked playing that game but it was way too p2w, here you just get customization stuff through playing, one time payment and thats it. Even if playerbase decreases there are dedicated players even in playtest when there were like 30-50 players playing, you just had to fill 1 server and thats it. No queue, server browser ingame and you pick your server (1 thing missing tho, showing country from which it is hosted or ping to you or something). Gameplay is solid, i like it, played like 55h in playtest before. Had a lot of fun, development occuring at a steady pace, 6 months ago till now game changed big time, there is nice roadmap - cant wait for engy. Medic syringe is a bit awkward to use, hopefully alternative way of healing there or a bit of rework. I like the game, made by 2 people, clear communication, nice plans and continous improvement. Recommending for sure!
