The lootbox system sucks but if it wasn't this game would have the best personalization in Netherrealm, history. Gameplay is super fun and the story is acceptable.

Great sequel! The main story continues from where we left off in Injustice 1. I really liked the story. There are many improvements in combat and visuals. Single player challenge is really good when compared to the previous one with pretty good rewards. The addition of gears and shaders for characters is really nice. As for the online mode, this too has the same problem as injustice 1. It is really hard to find players to play with. However If you have one, then the game is really fun. Even without online mode, you can pour in lot of hours grinding gears. 3.5/5.

You can get this and mortal kombat pretty cheap together and I'd recommend getting the bundle on sale. It's short and fun fighting game not much else to add.

Injustice 2 is worth it for The Flash alone. The game’s combat is smooth, the story's intense, and the roster is stacked, but nothing beats zipping across the screen as the Scarlet Speedster. If you’re a Flash fan like me, this game hits light-speed levels of hype.

It’s got that perfect mix of brutal combat and comic book spectacle, with every punch, kick, and special move landing with an impact that feels as satisfying as it looks. Whether you're throwing down as Superman or taking the fight to Batman, the game keeps the action fast-paced and visually stunning, with each character feeling like they truly belong in the DC universe. The roster is packed with fan-favorite heroes and villains, and each one feels distinct, with unique moves and playstyles that keep things fresh. The customization system is a huge win, unlocking gear for your characters not only gives them a unique look but also lets you tweak their stats to suit your playstyle. The ability to level up your fighters and modify their abilities adds an interesting layer of strategy to the already solid fighting mechanics. The combat itself is fluid and fun, with a solid balance between accessibility for newcomers and depth for competitive players. The special moves and environmental interactions are a spectacle to behold, and there's a real sense of satisfaction when you pull off a perfectly timed super move or launch your opponent into a destructible part of the stage. The story mode, while a bit predictable at times, is still an engaging ride that gives you an excuse to see these iconic characters clash in epic battles.
