Perfect brain-off game. Gameplay is basically one endless loop: walk in circles > auto-attack everything > hope your build stops being garbage before the screen turns into a full-on Scandinavian light show. And somehow… it still works )) Overall, it feels like someone mashed together Hades, Vampire Survivors, and God of War, tossed them into a blender, and decided, ‘Yep, build it, cook it.’ Maybe that’s why I kinda like it
Do you like God of War mythology? Do you like Vampire Survivors? This game mixes both well. I almost didn't buy it because of some reviews, and after playing it.... WTF are these people btching about? Best graphics in the genre. Tight controls. Meaningful power ups. Solid boss fights. Extensive skill trees. This game is a phenomenal hidden gem. Can't recommend it enough. Sale. No Sale. The hell you doing? Buy it. Enjoy. Profit.
Easily one of my favorite games! Relaxing and consuming all rolled up into a sexy ball of spellcasting and bloody berserker rage. The skills are great and can be swapped and upgraded to make fun and challenging builds. Mob density is good and builds up over time, bosses are challenging without being punishing. I can play for hours without getting bord with it or just play for a few rounds as something to unwind with. Its vibrant, the music is good, never had problems with lag on the highest quality graphics. The new additions are great and I can't wait to see if there are going to be more in the future! I've tried a couple other games similar to this style, but I have definitely been spoiled by how great Jotunnslayer is!
