It's fun, but it needs more content and the battle system needs to be simplified, the AI shouldn't rely solely on player commands when attacking a kingdom. Perhaps an "attack all" and "halt" button for the army would be nice. (and more enemy kingdoms would be nice, 2 kingdoms can be defeated easily and after that the game feels rather empty)

Listen i've put a great amount of hours into a lot of different games but none really catch the art style and vibe that kingdoms and castles does. i love this game, the team is dedicated, they update the game and are always working on it. i love this game and will continue to play it forever, even if they stopped updating the game i will still play it. goated game great art style and super immaculate vibes. thank you for creating a game i enjoy so much and cannot wait for the next one!

A low-stress city builder with surprisingly decent vibes. Build your kingdom, fend off some vikings, admire the seasons. It’s like Banished but less emotionally damaging. The perfect game for when you want a touch of strategy without sweating over spreadsheets.

It's.....nice. I like the simplicity of it which means i can look away for a minute and it doesn't collapse like factorio or cities skylines. But that is a double edged sword which means that late game is basically non existent so by the time you reach 200 pops you just repeat building the same houses or just make an army, completely trash the ai and then cry becouse now you have to control an AI city which looks like a monkey built it with infinite resources and no happiness.
