Overall, I recommend this game. For the price, you’re going to get your money’s worth and enjoy it. That being said, the endgame needs massive improvements. The whole point of games like this is to reach a point where you can be hands-off and have things operating smoothly. As it stands right now the endgame is more stressful and less enjoyable than the start when you had no help. I think a large part of this issue stems from the layout of the laundry mat itself, the additional rooms for you to add more machines are small and kind of out of the way. I’ve found that my staff in charge of washing and drying prioritize the main room and forget the machines in the other rooms. You’re probably thinking: “Okay move everything into one room.”, well the devs made the oddest decision ever by making by adding a bunch of small rooms as a way to “expand” your laundromat, rather than making one large room in the same way they did the coin wash area. So, what you get is 3 additional rooms that cannot fit very many machines, and buggy staff that can’t decide how they want to approach this. If I step in and help my staff, I found that we serve 80 customers a day, without me, they manage 50. Now take into consideration that I’ve completely maxed them out and that’s an insane difference, especially since I’m almost confident I was reaching that before with less than half of the staff I had now, and without upgrades. They also get stuck on machines sometimes so you have to be careful in your layout because for some reason they’re not programmed to just walk around it, instead they will try to go through it in the paths they’re used to, which continues to take from the already limited space you have. Also, it would be nice to have more customization. For instance, being able to move shelves around, specifically the mini-mart ones. Their positions are a bit awkward and I’d love it if the mini-mart just had its own little section. It would also be nice if we could demolish that arch in the “big room” so it’s more open and we have more space. Speaking of the mini-mart, not being able to restock shelves when customers are grabbing items just has to go. I say this because when your laundry mat eventually gets popular, there will come a time when the customers are lining up at the shelves to shop, and if the first customer snatches up all of an item, and trust me honey these people love some bleach, the next one will complain about the item being out of stock and leave, and the one after that might do the same, and you have to HOPE nobody else gets in line or you’re gonna get caught in a loop of dissatisfaction that you quite frankly can do nothing about. This also applies to the vending machines. I know I’ve listed a lot of negatives for a game I’m giving a positive review because it genuinely is enjoyable up until the end game, where it should be at its most fun. You’re going to enjoy it up to that point, hell you might even still enjoy it after. I’ve just found I’m encountering more issues, and fixing more problems than I did before.

Like many others, I started playing this because of CaseOh. And I've come to love the game, don't get me wrong. Though I've caught several issues that are killing my enjoyment of the game, but first here are some of my pro's for the game: 1. The pace of leveling is quite comfortable, and you never stagnate for too long in the same player or laundry level. 2. There's tons of things to do to keep you busy. Helping your staff out to speed the pace up, restocking, changing prices, doing other tasks etc., 3. The Staff/Machine/Tool upgrade system is great, the upgrades are very noticeable and it gives you more things to chase after. 4. Multiple ways to profit from (some worse and some better than others..) and you can spend a lot of time trying to find the best machine layout for best profits. 5. Automation (staff hire) is pretty easy, and some are slightly more arduous (i.e 50 custom shirts to get Nikell), it's still simple and quick, proven by the fact I got to max lvl and rank within 20 hours or so. 6. Side quests are pretty funny and collecting the rewards is satisfying. 7. The special Exclusive Store was a lovely touch, the upgrades are 9/10 times must-haves. 8. The Skill tree is also nice, and nearly all of the skills are worth getting asap, additionally they're pretty cheap (max 400ish $ which isn't much later in the game). Unfortunately, if you're remotely similar to me, you'll come to a point where you'd love everything to work smoothly (machines and staff), but the AI is either buggy, or the game is too flawed to keep up with your pace. Thus, the cons: 1. The game gives you a plethora ways to maximize profit, attract customers, purchase more machines etc. Sounds good no? Well the game provides you with a bunch of nothing burgers when it comes to KEEPING UP WITH IT ALL. One single minimart restocker (whose AI is buns unfortunately). It always attempts to restock the vending machines first. Even if someone took a single soda can, it'll run asap to restock it. Meanwhile my Minimart is beyond empty. Ideally it should at the very least focus on the Minimart first, or better yet focus on any product that's nearly running out. 2. When it comes to the Minimart, it locks you out of restocking as soon as a customer shows up (same for the vending machines), which slows the Restocker Employee even more, since now they have to waste up to several seconds at a time to wait for their turn (can be very lengthy when 2-3 different customers are waiting to access the same shelf). In general, it would be better if 3 or even more employees could restock the shelves (ideally without waiting for the customers to finish). 3. The Cleaning Robot, as well as the washers and dryers often get stuck in an infinite loop if you stack some machines up against each other. So I had to lower the number of coin machines I had from 130+ to 100ish just to somewhat avoid having the robot getting stuck in an infinite loop (if it gets stuck, it won't clean ANYTHING else). Same goes for the Washers and Dryers if you try to maximize your space. This is because both of them tend to phase through placed machines and can randomly stop phasing, leaving them stuck in between machines (or something like this). 4. Storage Unit is... awkward to say the least. The restocker doesn't pick up boxes from the outside and place them onto the inside shelves (not like it has any time to do this anyways, but you'd expect it to be able to do it right?). Additionally, the storage system doesn't have any way to remember where you place items. This feels important to have, since the Employee tosses things around willy-nilly. Which makes figuring out which items need to be ordered WAY harder (Perhaps a way to "Lock" a shelf just like you can lock Minimart shelves would be great). 5. Certain "business ventures" are plainly useless: Custom Shirt Design, Shoe Cleaning, Carpet Washing, Laundry Delivery. All of those combined barely contest the profits I earn from my weakest profit source (Minimart). It's insane how expensive their upgrades are, including Staff hiring and upgrading, when they earn only a few hundred a day at best. For reference, Minimart earns about 600$ a day, Vending Machines 600$, Coin Laundry from 2800$ to 3000+$, Manual 1200$. 6. It was initially a big negative at first, but I thought the Minimart deserves more than 4 shelves, especially when there are 7 products that can be sold, it's not even 2 shelves per product. But this kind of became less relevant now that I've realised a fully maxed out Lori can't even keep up with restocking the 4 shelves I do have... Still, in a perfect world there'd be minimum 7 shelves, with 3-4 Lori's :/ 7. Later in the game, 2 Washers and Dryers aren't enough, same for the 2 Folders and the single Cashier. I'm not really min-maxing the Manual Laundry Machines, but you could definitely have up to 20 washing machines and 20 dryers + the specific washing machines, and once you do have them, it takes an extra 5+ minutes at the end of each shift for all of the dryers to be emptied out. But if you were to have 3-4 Washers, you'd be able to get way more loads washed, dried, ironed and folded (provided we also have 3-4 Folders). And since we're way faster than before, more shelves will be needed for the batches and ofc a 2nd or 3rd cashier. Despite all of these annoying bugs and irksome issues, I still genuinely do like the game, hence a Recommendation from me. I just wish the developers would focus on perfecting the current experience before creating more updates (Delivery, Carpet Cleaning, Shoe Cleaning etc.) when they don't even bring in profit. The game literally advertises that we can build a Laundry Business Empire, but with just a handful of employees and basically a fixed cap on profits (since the game can't keep up with our success), we can barely build a Business Village, let alone an Empire. I've had plenty of fun so far, and I'll probably play it for a dozen more hours until I get everything else done in the game.

Fun Simulator game, I had seen Caseoh playing it on youtube and it looked like good silly, relaxing fun so I thought I would give it a try as I really liked Card Simulator and Shopping Market Simulator in the past. Fun gameplay, graphics are good enough and it has some funny moments to. It also runs WONDERFUL on the Steam Deck, with the Power Usage only set at 6 to, so the battery lasts a good while. Was away from home and the internet today and I got to play 3 hours of it and had a blast. Controls well with a controller/steam deck to thankfully! If you want a chill and relaxing Simulator game and you enjoyed Card Shop Simulator and the Supermarket one or you have a Steam Deck, this this one out ASAP! Never in my wildest dreams would I ever thought I would have started to enjoy these Simulator games, glad I gave them a try! I have tried 6 and I disliked 3 and refunded them but I also LOVED the other 3 that I mentinoed up above. **9 Hours later and having a blast, this is def up there with my fav simulator games (Card Shop and Supermarket ones). Really fun gameplay, good balance to, check it out! Playing it on a mix of Steam Deck and PC**

Five stars. I’ve never felt so emotionally invested in folding virtual socks. This game taught me patience, precision, and how to stare into a dryer drum for 45 minutes without blinking. Riveting stuff.
