Playing with my 6 year old son and it's been thoroughly enjoyable so far. The team work aspect is excellent and watching his confidence grow as he figures things out is a real boost for me as a parent too. Great soundtrack too!

I played with my wife; it was a short and incredible journey. A game where not a single word is spoken, but it touches right in the feelings.

I played this game local co-op with my 6 year old daughter, wow! I'm a game dev myself and I've slowly been trying to get my daughter, not only into games but to open her up to a world of potential and show her how games can be beautiful and memorable experiences. Not just distraction. Playing this game with her has been an absolute pleasure, there's moments of challenge but they progress in difficulty at a good pace and because of the tranquil nature of the environments, music and the occasional moment of shared wanderlust, it never felt too stressful for her, even when she got stuck. Unlike the classic Lego games we've played which feel more like you're playing alongside one another, this really felt like you had to work like a team. Things are also far less automated, so you really do feel like you're building with Lego -- it feels more tactile and kinetic. The controls are simple enough but never stripped down so much that you feel the game is playing itself. The moments where we have to load up a vehicle with bits of Lego before we both go out on our next journey are filled with excitement and I love that you really have to work together to operate them. We had a few little 'arguments' but her sense of achievement and pride once she overcomes the challenge is exactly what I signed up for. I think I've seen some mainstream reviewers saying this game is too short. No way, I disagree. I don't know if they've just been conditioned after playing too many never-ending, RPG or live-service games because the game length was just right. Longer than many games I grew up with. I'm made up this game got made, she's been going on about it in her school and it's likely nobody has any idea what she's on about, haha. We're a little closer for having shared this experience together and that's reflective of what games can be. We've played lego games together before but we're coming out of this one with a lot more to cherish. THE NEGATIVE -- The ending is very 'sad'. I love a sad ending or a bittersweet ending but the ending in this game feels sad for the sake of wanting a sad ending. It goes against the entire theme and game-play of the whole game, it lacks the context or arc to really justify it -- it's completely contrived. A curve-ball thrown for no reason.

When I installed the game first time it say it was a Friend's pass Edition. To fix this I just go into game property -> Installed Files -> [Verify integreity of game files] Now when I start the game it appear as the full edition. :D
