I played the full version (of Lines X Free), which adds 50 more levels compared to the free one. While the overall experience was pleasant, many of the levels felt quite similar to each other and to those already present in the demo. Unfortunately, I encountered the same issue I noticed in the free version: the need to zigzag with colors just to fill empty spaces — a clear sign of less-than-optimal level design. That said, it was still an enjoyable 60-minute experience, and while the achievement spam might not be for everyone, I personally found it satisfying. A technical note: I’d suggest fixing the game screen layout. I'm not sure if it’s due to my 21:9 monitor, but all the on-screen options were partially cut off by two black bars on the sides, which made the experience feel less immersive. All things considered, for such a low price, I’d still recommend giving it a try. After all, you can’t expect miracles from a €1 game.

Very simple puzzle game. The difficulty does not increase as you go (at least not noticeably imo) except for at the very beginning. You can drop your lines without them disappearing and move onto another color while that line stays incomplete. You can also have lines starting from both ends at the same time. The music is nice but you can't adjust the volume. There isn't really a settings menu but there are some things you can change. The ability to choose your color theme is nice, and I enjoyed leaving it on Random. If you don't want the achievements spam, there is an option to turn it off (though I didn't test it so I can't say if it works or not).

Simple puzzle game, lots of achievements, low price, good enough for me!

I won't doubt that this is definitely just an achievement farm so that you can spell out stuff on the Achievement Showcase on your profile. However, still a pretty okay puzzle game nonetheless.

Barely recommended. This is a pretty simple puzzle game. It has nice minimalist graphics, a bunch of levels and a solid core puzzle design. It left me wanting new mechanics after the first few levels, but there are none. It keeps to the basic formula for level after level, so don't expect any variations. If only they ran wild with the idea and came up with various twists and turns.
