Looking for that run n' gun itch to scratch after completing Guns of Fury. This helped but I wouldn't say this game is amazing. It did a few things very well that made up for the redundant stage layouts and unbalanced difficulty throughout the game. What hooked me and kept me playing was the graphics, storyline, writing, and the gun, knife, and bio-upgrade parts. That's what made the game really shine and kept me going. If anything they went way overkill on the weapons but hey, that's my jam and it was fun to make new weapons with an insane amount of different combinations. The bio-upgrade parts were cool too. I don't expect them to make every stage layout exactly the same but the difficulty was really unbalanced and all over the place and made the game not as exciting but the few things they did well were so good that it kept me engaged despite the areas the game lacked.
