Fun game. Primmeraly focused on women. Feel good story, cute visuals. But there were a few fun puzzles.

AVOID | LACKING | MAYBE | WORTHWHILE | COMPELLING | UNMISSABLE Pode is a casual co-op puzzle game. In a world where combat-based/MOBA co-op games reign supreme, this is a nice diversion from that. In this game, there are two players and each one has a unique ability that helps in solving puzzles via making changes in the environment in different ways. There is no combat in this game. In general, the puzzles aren't very difficult, but a few require some thought and playing around to figure out how to solve them. I'd say it's good both for experienced players who want a more laid-back experience, as well as new(er) players who think they'll enjoy a relaxing puzzle game. The music is very chill and the characters truly need to work together to solve the puzzles, so both feel equally important in implementing solutions. The end chapter artwork is super cute and there is a sweet and simple story said without any words. The art design is simple, but I think it works here, and is nice in context. Overall, I don't have many complaints about this title. The only real negatives are that sometimes the camera view gets funky and you can't quite see what you want. The camera also acts in a weird way if the players get too far away from each other, making it difficult to get back to your partner without just yeeting yourself off the edge. Sometimes the 2.5D perspective makes depth perception a bit frustrating as well. In general though, none of these points were a big deal in terms of affecting my enjoyment while playing. The game took exactly 6 hours to complete at a relaxed pace with all achievements. You can very quickly move between levels once you open them up to go back and get collectables if you missed them your first time through. Otherwise, achievements are linked to game/level completion. If playing co-op, only one person needs to own the game, though I feel like the price is just a bit too much, so I personally suggest waiting for a sale. In general, if you're looking for a relaxing and laid-back co-op experience that is focused on solving puzzles with your partner, this is a solid pick. If you're looking for a challenge or combat, then this title likely isn't for you.

The best couch co-op game I have ever played ! Characters are so lovable ! We had lots of fun playing it with my wife. There is no time pressure, you have to discover what to do next and you do it at your own rhythm in a beautiful setting. We loved growing all plants and rocks everywhere even if it did not serve an end other than discovering how they grow. I hope the developers make more games like this or even a second Pode game. Finaly a game were we have fun collaborating and are not frustrated by the game mechanics. What could be improved: not much honestly, but we would have liked at the end to be able to select the chapter to go back to to find all the hidden features and know where we missed some.

Played this game with my girlfriend and had a blast! Mechanics are solid and fun to use, and the puzzles (almost) never too difficult/frustrating. Quick and fun game that I'd highly recommend to play with a friend/SO! hi it's the girlfriend :) i liked this game because it was sooo cute and easy. sometimes the perspective was a bit weird/off but it wasn't too difficult to manage. as someone who doesnt play platform and instead prefers cozy light puzzle games, i had a lot of fun. i liked when i activated bridges and he got on the bridge and i deactivated it :P

Fantastic game! Great for couples. How I played: I hosted remote play with my ldr fiancee. It worked fine 99% of the time. Every once in awhile, we would have trouble connecting her controller, but I haven't done remote play much, so it's very possible it was some other problem. My Opinions: - The puzzles were very cooperative and not too stressful. - The ambience was calm and relaxing. - The aesthetic was gorgeous! - The map kinda "grows" as you move around it and it was satisfying to do so. Like popping bubble wrap. - The characters are cute. - I felt immersed, I was invested in the characters. - The game didn't feel too short. The ending was satisfying. - No complaints Overall, the game was superb, I enjoyed every second of it. 10/10
