Quick note: I got this game for free via Epic Games Store, but then bought it on Steam after 5 hours just to support the devs. So, increase my time played by 5 hours. Top tier game. The first 30 minutes was the most confusing, absurd series of nonsensical events I've ever experienced. It was like a mental flashbang. And then the game just KEEPS going, for like... way more than it has any right to. It's actually kind of beefy! It has lore, somehow - and it's unexpectedly good, consistent lore! It's got full voice acting, and while the recording quality isn't always perfect, the *performances* are top-notch, and just perfect for the vibe this game is trying to create. And that vibe is a completely unique from anything I've ever played before. There's a bit of jank in this game, but it's the best kind of jank - fun, usually not a problem for the overall experience, and clearly made with love. Furthermore, I have been unironically impressed by this game WAY more times than I expected. I went into this expecting a "so bad it's good" kind of game, but instead it's just... a genuinely really good game. Like, damn. It does a lot of neat, experimental things that are really cool - from the overall setting, to the surprising amount of character growth, to the simple fact that every character looks like they're made of wood and practical crafts. (Very weird but cool aesthetic!) Also, I've shared this in Discord streams with a ton of friends - probably ten to fifteen at this point. Every single one of them agreed this game was *weirdly* impressive - like, more than it had any right to be. It's got a great sense of humor, a unique aesthetic, and it's just fun to play. Several of my friends have picked it up as well, and their feedback has been similarly high praise. Overall: 10/10, very possibly my GOTY. Not even a joke, this is an absolute triumph. I cannot recommend this game enough, and the dev should be proud of making such a unique, cool experience. Eagerly following them to see what other nonsense they get up to in the future. <3 Press F to Amen. 🙏

Incredible game. It was hard to put down. It's silly and over the top and it's rough around the edges but that's it's charm and it does it well. It's like a shitpost, but as a game.

Bought this on sale for $10, got about 12 hours or so of satisfying gameplay out of it, would recommend at full price. My experience with this game was that I play all sorts of games, and I enjoy simulator games like car mechanic simulator or especially gas station simulator. So I wishlisted this game back when it was simply known as Priest Simulator because it sounded interesting. Eventually the game added "Vampire Show" and I saw screen shots and thought, "this is NOT what I was expecting.. well.. let it cook". Then the art for it came out and I kinda lost interest cause it looked like a flash game. Game goes on sale, I buy it just to see whats its like. REALLY ENJOYED THE GAME!! Nothing what I expected, but what I got was absolutely fantastic. Ignore the simulator part of the game title because its not really that at all. What it is, is a twisted comedy adventuring/questing game. Go here, perform an exorcism, talk to person x, collect resources, get collectibles. There is a great sense of humor in this game that keeps the quests fun, and up until the very very final home stretch of the game. At the very end I was just speedrunning goal to goal but that phase was very short, the rest of the time I was actively engaged and adventuring. I really loved the characters, setting, and art style and direction that came through here. It was all like a bad acid trip with death metal, a broken down church, and a vampire becoming a priest with clever puns, jokes, and presentation. This game is worth the full price of admission. There's not really any replay value, but this is also a budget game so factor that in. I'm really glad I wasn't put off by the art for it on Steam and gave the game a chance.

Most average day in a small eastern European town, real fun. Pretty funny at times too.
