I personally love this game and I am genuinely quite scared that this game is potentially going to be abandoned. i really hope the devs come back and continue with updating this game as it still has some bugs. 10/10

a lot of the comments I have read are people who are mad that the game is abandoned and taking it out on the rest of the game. so here is a non bias review: 1. yes the game is abandoned and the devs refused the give tools for mod support so you get what you pay for and thats it. 2. i cannot confirm this froma first had perspective but many second hand accounts of dev interactions make them to be a narcissistic ass. 3. I run this on a low-mid end pc (Ryzen 5 4500, rtx 3060 12gb) and I can run this on maxed out setting (except LOD) in 1440p hitting around 80-90fps. which across all games I play that's average. so the performance is fine and people are cry babies. most probably tried to play this on an ancient pc and wondered why it cant run well. the game looks great 4. the physics are tied to frame rate (at least that what i understand based on the warning you get when playing multiplayer.) so higher fps = less derails at higher speeds. this from a design point is flawed and an old way of doing things. this was a corner cut to save time and i personally disapprove. this is also why people say the physics are janky. that and loading and unloading is a bit basic. 5. the gameplay loop and grind is what you'd expect from what was supposed to essentially be an mmo for trains. playing solo is one big grind and can get frustrating. you build track from A-B. you deliver goods from B-A. now you build tracks from B-C. repeat. 6. price is great. £25 for a game you can sink hours into is amazing. considering most of us gamers buy a £70+ game then play it once maybe twice and get 30-60 hours in it max, this is good value. overall its worth its money but if you can't handles a little bit of jank or you have a old dust pc then i don't recommend. plese feel free to ask for extra details in the comments or debate my points should you disagree. the whole point of reviews is to help others make informed decisions so criticism is welcome.

This is now my relaxing game. Normally a FPS player, and still enjoy that, but at 61, sometimes I just need a relaxing game with beautiful scenery and logic to process and layout. Thanks to the creators. I am having a great time!!!
