This is a recommendation with an asterisk (maybe several asterisks). For the first 10 or so hours I was thinking this game is great, it's what House Flipper should have been. You can do all kinds of jobs: building houses (from the foundations up), demolishing stuff, cleaning stuff, trash recycling. And unlike House Flipper there are randomly generated contracts as well as defined missions, not just a very limited selection of hand crafted jobs (so they can flog extra jobs as paid DLCs). So yeah, first 10 hours or so great, unbelievably good in fact for the price they're asking. However as soon as you get to constructing your office and the trash compactor the game goes off a cliff. The office as far as I can see is pointless, I've spent virtually no time there since the game telling me to buy it as there's nothing there to do. In order to get the trash compactor up and running you need to spend roughly $100k for the machine itself and associated power grid, but then you don't have constant power, you need to constantly refill a generator with diesel from the local garage. I found 2 full jerry cans of diesel lasts about 10 minutes. Then it's another trip back to the garage to refill. The trash compactor itself is ludicrously over complicated. Rather than making it fun and having a big container you can throw trash in and it automatically recycle stuff, it's a painfully slow laborious process. Once you've navigated the poorly explained process of getting power to your compactor you then have to repeat the following steps for each two pieces of trash you want compacted: click the two locks, click the two doors, place the two boxes inside, click the two doors, click the two locks, pull the on lever, then pull the crush lever, then click the two locks, then click the two doors, then pick up your compacted trash. Sounds fun right? Right?! Now do it a hundred times. Generally the game is pretty buggy, in my 12 hours play I've experienced graphics ghosting behind vehicles, headlights flashing on vehicles, marble tiling not registering complete on jobs, stair cases disappearing on jobs, hand rails spawning outside a property in mid air, hand rails blocking access to the second floor of a property, job requirements bleeding into other jobs (e.g. the room list will display rooms that don't exist in the current property, but the previous one you did). There are also some pretty serious balance issues, For example I've had a medium difficulty window cleaning job that took 5 minutes and then an easy difficulty one that took 25 minutes. Given that payment for contract jobs is a flat rate based on the difficulty (e.g. $30k for medium, $14k for easy) rather than what is required to complete the job that needs to be addressed as a priority. Building jobs are also not worth it, for the time they take you don't get anywhere near enough money. You could do 3 or 4 demolish jobs in the time you could do 1 building job and earn 2-3 times more money. The skill up system is a bit grindy. I much preferred the skill up system in House Flipper where you got XP for using a tool to spend on skill ups on that tool. In this you get XP which progresses you sloooooowly towards the next level up which then gives you skill points you can allocate to whatever. All that said though, for the price I paid I've already got my moneys worth. I just really hope they continue development as this could become a best-in-genre game.

Great concept, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ optimization. I really wanted to love this game because the idea is awesome, but the optimization is just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ unbearable. It ruins everything. We tried to play with friends, but it’s literally unplayable: 15 FPS and constant crashes. It’s ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ frustrating to see a cool game become a piece of ♥♥♥♥ just because it's poorly made. Fix your game, because right now it’s a mess.

I love this game, but it's kinda stupid, how they made an entire shtick about "saving the enviorment", while using AI. All that 5+ hours spent on missions about making planet cleaner, and better, just to pu AI generated pictures on every damn corner, and in every building. Just hire some artist at this point.

the game is generally good, the functionality is excellent. But God, it's just impossible to play on powerful computers, the maximum FPS is 90 at low settings. In most cases, fps averages 30-40 with drawdowns up to 15-20. my friend's computer freezes for 5 seconds every 15 seconds, which makes it impossible to play. please do a good optimization and graphics improvement . p.s. the employee we hired takes the boxes out of my hands, and until you re-enter the game, it will be shown that you have a box in your hands (which the employee took) and you can't take something new
