It is a very simple and well written story. It is definitely one of their games that focuses more on the story and relationships between the characters over being straight up lewd stuff. There is lewd stuff but, to fully enjoy it, you will have to download and install a patch from the developer website which, is really easy to do. I still recommend it though. It is a shame that the writer left because a sequel would have been nice. I also heard that this one didn't sell as well so that could also contribute to no sequel, even if the writer had not left. Still recommend it despite no sequel.

Still soft suggestive erotica (not hardcore). Recommended for fans — but only in a big bundle/deep sale. Sakura Fantasy is still 100% Sakura DNA: cute anime girls, fanservice, hot scenes teased more than shown, and light route choices. But compared to some other entries, it feels a bit more “proper fantasy adventure” on top of the horny packaging. The big difference here is tone and pacing: you get a more classic fantasy setting, a small party/team vibe, and more dialogue. It’s not suddenly deep writing or a real RPG, but you can tell they put a little more effort into the narrative flow. That’s why the story lands slightly better than the usual “thin excuse to chain CGs”. Content-wise, expect the usual menu: suggestive scenes, bath/hot spring vibes, tentacle-ish fanservice, and that “cute-but-lewd” atmosphere.
