>>Story and Gameplay Story is neither particularly peak or bad. Out of the four dateable characters, two of them felt like complete filler to me, while I grew quite attached to the other two. And I want to point out one important detail: although this game is categorized as a horror game by lot of people and if you heard it like this, unfortunately aside from a couple of shock-factor moments, there’s barely anything horror related about it. Unfortunately, it also has a negative feature that you see in a lot of visual novels: poorly designed choices. There are quite a lot of points where making just one or two wrong (!) or seemingly ridiculous choices can immediately lock you into a single ending which it can be frustrating. When I play video games I don't want to rely on tutorials or guides to progress, but a lot of visual novels like this leave you with no other choice. >>Game Art, UI Design, and Voice Acting Although the character artwork is quite cute and beautiful, a few of the illustrations felt a little bit cheap, especially for a game at this price point. The game's resolution is small while ui is quite large. This is understandable considering the original game was made for the PSP, but it really stands out even on the smallest PC monitor (1920×1080) nowadays. The voice acting is good too, I can't say more about it. >>Price I finished the entire game including all of the endings, in about 16 hours, as you can see. I skipped previously read sections, although I'm also someone who gets distracted easily and doesn't skip the voice acting. Based on that, I'd estimate that the game is somewhere around 100,000–120,000 words probably. For the amount of content it offers I would say it has an average length and considering the voice acting and artwork as well, I don't think the price is expensive for a non-ero visual novel. However, some parts of the game may not be enjoyable for certain players. (you know, there are the usual "anime related" elements, some incest and similar themes. So consider this a warning.)
The way this game writes its dialogue is so natural I found myself enjoying even the simple daily life and easygoing conversations between the characters. I was surprised at some of the themes explored in this game, as I was just expecting a slife-of-life but the different routes have such unexpected twists that playing this feels like you are unraveling a deep mystery. A couple of the character routes are a bit weak, and I think they could have been developed if more time had been spent.
