Such a great game with a lot of potential. I'm sad it was abandoned, but at least the developer made it free so anyone can enjoy it.

I wont sugar coat this. Every other SCP game you've played is garbage by comparison. It doesn't even come close to this. If you have any vested interest in the SCP wiki at all then this is the game to play. Yes, its $20 and there is still plenty of stuff to fix or add and it is a single player game, but let me tell you about the positives: The start menu isn't some plain-Jane start game. Its an interactive room that lets you get a feel for what you're supposed to do, and even includes a trophy room of special things you can find throughout the game. There are save points because theres enough structure to be playing the game for multiple hours, and have short comings even so you may need to restart. Theres so many paths to take and the lore is incredibly deep. The voice acting is solid a majority of the time, and they expect to add a lot more SCP throughout the game as it develops. Currently has 10 SCPs but there is a 'branching story narrative' element to the game that actually feels very enjoyable. You do have certain objectives you have to complete in order to experience the game fully but it allows a tremendous amount of exploration and information for those wanting to snoop around. All in all 9/10 I would give a solid 10 when/if they fix the game more, and add more SCP anomalies.

scratch my old review, i'm going to re-write it RECOMMENDED this game isn't just some random asset flip with SCP slapped onto it like i said before; it's actually a kind of neat expansion to the SCP franchise with its own facility and style some of it's a bit confusing and the only mode is a survival one, but overall it's not actually that bad of a game if you're looking for a game with actual SCPs though, go play SCP SL, SCP CB, or SCP Unity

i loved every idea of it! like an actuall scp game in VR! but the only thing i really didnt like is the random spawning black ghost or whatever it is (i havent played it enough). it doesnt feel like an scp or that ghost thing crawling on the ground, i took my time to check every corner or reading carefully and they pop out of every corner, they are not scary whatsoever :l when you encounter something really creepy, like a hanging dude with a rope attached to the ceiling, that was creepy af. i slowly approached it and what happened? those black ghosts appear out of nowhere and slapped me again, what took every spooky part of it away .-. i wanted to investigate the hanging dude i want to feel safe behind doors, but you know i have to move forward! but i dont feel safe anywhere when those black figures appear everywhere, even where i stand, they spawned between my legs. Frustrating Id like those creatures if they appear in an area, where they have been contained or so, and not everywhere :l also i dont like the flashlight concept, it drains waay to fast and you can barely see anything, what also makes it not scary anymore because it was frustrating to keep my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ flashlight alive hhhhGHh - so i was more mad then scared those things are the only thing that bothers me, otherwise i love everything about the game.
