I'm on the last mission of the UK Hill 112 campaign (and the last mission overall), and I can say Steel Division: Normandy 44 is a wonderful experience. The graphics are beautiful - whether zoomed out for the battlefield overview or zoomed in on the highly detailed units. The morale system is great, and the line-of-sight (LoS) mechanics are even better than what I've seen in the Close Combat series. If there's one drawback, it's that the game can feel very intense - you need to constantly manage reinforcements through phase A, B, and C, so it's not as "chill" as Close Combat. Still, if you enjoy Close Combat, Sudden Strike, Steel Division, or Blietzkrieg, this game is absolutely worth it. The attention to detail and depth is fantastic.

The Modding support and frontline puts Steel Division apart from the Wargame series, i like that alot. Theres also no FOB to refill your supply trucks which i do not like. Unfortunately mods dont merge well, and theres no second showroom in which you can check out all units without building a deck. Other than that a great game. Although Wargame RD and AB are better even though older. Just like the Wargames, theres bare to no bugs. I would only get it on sale.
