Very fun game, right now I'm on Ch3, however there are some minor problems like if you're grabbing a corner and press the opposite direction then you will automatically jump, in some levels this is a huge pain if you have muscle memory from games like The End is Nigh or Celeste like me, I wish there was at least an option to turn it off, second minor problem is not knowing if you still have the second jump which was a problem mostly at the start, just as the second jump being kinda low (Sometimes it looks like you can grab a corner with it but no you can't because it's not enough heigh), finally but perhaps this is mostly a me problem is not having clear what should I do, sometimes I beat the level using dash + jump, cornerboost, bonking to a wall to get a kinda third jump mid air or spike jumps and I'm not sure at all if these solutions are intended, but still very fun game. And also idk why but the option for windowed mode for me kinda doesn't work? it just gives the game black borders

A cute yet hardcore precision platformer with a similar graphic style of Celeste, though it becomes its own thing. Movement is more limited but very responsive, which makes sense since all levels in this game happen in a set space with no sidescrolling whatsoever. However, aside from the basic mechanics that the game teaches you, there are few more advanced features that you can take in your advantage, such as spikejumping like in Dustforce. Most platforms become unstable after few moments meaning that doing things in order is crucial here and levels can be seen as little puzzles. Each level can be done in seconds and one thing that I liked is that the following level will start at the position you finished the previous one, making chapters very frantic in a good sense. I won't comment on the story as it is very forgettable and more of an excuse to add some senseful context. If you enjoy these type of games you'll surely like Sunblaze, it is a very fun title and satisfying to play. Do all achievements if you enjoy pain and suffering

By looking at it, you might assume this is just a Celeste clone, but the game stands on its own. Unlike Celeste, Sunblaze is less about carrying out ultra-precise jump sequences, but more so about figuring out what that sequence is. Most of these jump puzzles are great and dopamine rush you get after completing them is immense.

Perfect masterpiece!!! If you enjoy games like Celeste, Bzzzt, and others, I highly recommend it! Updated: It took me ~15 hours to complete this game 100% on all difficulty levels. Great game!

Going to have to give a thumbs down not for the game itself but for technical issues. For whatever reason, the game will no longer load. On steam deck at least, it is stuck forever on loading. Edit: Was able to resolve issue with Steam Deck.
