Super Bunny Man is a delightfully absurd and hilariously chaotic platformer that thrives on its ridiculous physics-based gameplay and slapstick humor. Developed by Catobyte, this indie title casts players as floppy, costumed bunny-men who must hop, roll, and tumble their way through increasingly challenging obstacle courses. What sets Super Bunny Man apart is its commitment to unrestrained physical comedy—every movement is governed by intentionally awkward physics, resulting in endless laugh-out-loud moments as players accidentally fling themselves into spikes, fall off cliffs, or crash into each other mid-jump. Whether played solo or cooperatively, the game is a masterclass in comedic timing and emergent gameplay, where every victory feels like a triumph over chaos. At its core, Super Bunny Man offers deceptively simple controls: you can jump, grab, and rotate mid-air, but the true challenge lies in mastering your momentum and making these seemingly basic moves work in unpredictable environments. The game’s physics engine turns even the most basic platforming sequences into laughably difficult endeavors, and the joy comes from trying—and often failing—to coordinate movements with your bunny’s floppy body. In co-op mode, where two players must work together to reach the goal, the hilarity is amplified tenfold as coordination becomes both essential and nearly impossible. Accidental sabotage is frequent, and the game delights in punishing overconfidence, often resulting in shared bouts of frustration and uncontrollable laughter. The level design is both creative and unforgiving, filled with death traps, moving platforms, teleporters, and timed switches that demand precision and teamwork (or sheer luck). The game offers a variety of worlds, each introducing new mechanics and escalating the difficulty in imaginative ways. While the challenge ramps up quickly, the levels are bite-sized enough to keep retries from becoming tedious. A time-trial mode and hidden collectibles provide additional replayability for those who want to master the game or uncover its more obscure secrets. There’s also a versus mode that pits players against one another in chaotic mini-games, adding a competitive edge that fits perfectly with the game’s irreverent tone. Visually, Super Bunny Man sports a low-poly, cartoonish aesthetic that complements its goofy premise. The bright colors, simple environments, and expressive character animations all work together to maintain a lighthearted atmosphere. The soundtrack is upbeat and catchy, with energetic tunes that keep the mood playful even during the most frustrating sections. While the graphics and audio aren’t technically groundbreaking, they’re stylistically consistent and perfectly suited to the game’s tone. One notable drawback is the limited scope of content at launch. While the levels are fun and challenging, some players may find the game’s novelty wears off after extended play, especially if they’re playing solo. The controls, while intentionally clunky, can sometimes feel more frustrating than funny, especially during the game’s harder stages. Additionally, while local co-op is a blast, the lack of online multiplayer may limit accessibility for players who can’t gather friends in person. Despite these minor shortcomings, Super Bunny Man succeeds at what it sets out to do: provide an unpredictable, side-splittingly funny platforming experience that embraces chaos and camaraderie. It's one of those rare games where failure is just as fun as success, and every bizarre moment becomes a shared memory. Whether you’re crawling through a narrow tunnel or launching yourself blindly off a ledge, Super Bunny Man ensures that the journey is always as entertaining as the destination. For players who love physics-based games and silly co-op antics, it’s a must-play. Rating: 8/10

Most of my reviews are serious. This game does not work if you are serious. You will argue about carrot privileges, you will latch onto your friends in compromising positions, you will desync and get rubber-banded into the deathbox in the skies above. I played a multiplayer match where we fought over a beach ball only for the palm tree to bend itself into a non-Euclidean slingshot, sending me to a great blue void that I can only assume was Elysium, final resting place of the righteous. This game is incredible.

This game is EXACTLY what it looks like. Nothing more, nothing less. The physics is broken in all the right ways.
