Comecei a jogar KOF por esse aqui, o gatilho pra eu decidir se gostei mesmo ou não foi a Shermie. Admito que sinto falta de algumas opções, tipo a sala de treinamento, mas no geral dá pra jogar e tem suporto pra o online, então recomendo!

My very first KOF (King Of Fighters) was the KOF 1994. Not KOF'97. Even to this day; I still extremely hope and patiently waiting, that one day SNK will remaster the original trilogy (KOF'94, KOF'95 and KOF'96). With arrange and original in-game background musics from Playstation 1 version.) as a bundle, just like Capcom Fighting Collection did with their classics. Hellooo, devs! Wink-wink-wink.. I love everything from this particular one. Most of the country stages are so accurate. Especially the Bali Stage. Surely there are lots of lost in translations dialogues, as we often found in some localization of retro games, but still tolerable. Plus, you can switch it to the Japanese version. They leave it just like the way it is, truly original. Untampered. And by the plot, this one definitely is the most chilling, frightening but excellent at the same time, comparing to all of the KOF series writings. Or shall we say it in a more appropriate term, as a lore or canonical stories so far. An annual fighting tournament held up. But in the background of it all, the uncomforting truth is to gather energy for awakening an ultimate immortal evil entity named Orochi. Hybernating for every millennia only to bring terror, suffering and despair as the entity's sustenance. Most new games overall are not as great and fun as the retros anymore. There are still some good new games out there, but just a few. That is the huge reason why I return to older games. Where and when every games are made with solid dedication, pure love from and to the fans, passionate research for accuracy, respecting other cultures from different countries, true to the utmost core and can be enjoyed for all, not just exclusively only for certain communities. Good job with this one, SNK! Truly perfection at its best as another golden retro game. But please, remaster the original trilogy of the earliest KOF ('94,'95 and '96). Complete with their arrange and original version of in-game background musics, just exactly like the Playstation 1 version. Pretty please? b(^_^)d

Good game for its time have most of them on PS1 and PS2 from back then. Fun if you like classic fighting games. The best part is with Steam you are not trapped behind a pay wall like you are now a days with Sony,Nintendo,Xbox to play online with random people or friends.

A classic, polished SNK fighting game residing at the peak of the first King of fighters story line. As the final canon entry to the Orochi Saga you get a lot of conclusions to character arcs that really hit you in the emotions. This make for a great finale to that era and has you excited for the next. The mechanics, moves and features are at their penacle surpassed only by 98. But with 98 being a dream match and 97 having such a dramatic and cinematic feel make sure you don't miss out on this excellent piece of SNK and KOF history.
