At first glance, There’s Poop in My Soup sounds like a joke title you’d scroll past on a storefront, chuckle at, and forget five seconds later. That assumption would be a mistake. Beneath its intentionally ridiculous name lies a brilliantly crafted, unapologetically absurd experience that understands exactly what it wants to be—and executes that vision with confidence, charm, and surprising depth. The core strength of There’s Poop in My Soup is its commitment to humor without hesitation or embarrassment. The game doesn’t wink nervously at the player or apologize for its premise. Instead, it fully embraces the ridiculous, creating a world where chaos is the rule and laughter is the reward. From the moment you start playing, it’s clear that the developers knew comedy is strongest when it’s delivered with conviction. The result is a game that feels refreshing in an industry often obsessed with realism, prestige, or cinematic seriousness. Gameplay-wise, the experience is deceptively engaging. What could have been a shallow gag is elevated by responsive controls, clear objectives, and a steady sense of escalation. Each level introduces new twists that keep things interesting without overwhelming the player. The mechanics are easy to understand but hard to master, striking that perfect balance where failure feels funny instead of frustrating. Every mistake becomes part of the joke, and every success feels earned—often punctuated by laughter rather than triumphal music. The pacing deserves special praise. There’s Poop in My Soup never overstays its welcome. Levels are concise, varied, and constantly pushing you forward. Just when you think you’ve seen the peak of absurdity, the game finds a new way to surprise you. This sense of creative momentum makes it incredibly easy to say, “Just one more round,” only to realize you’ve been playing far longer than intended. Visually, the game’s art style complements its tone perfectly. It’s colorful, expressive, and deliberately exaggerated, ensuring that every animation lands with comedic impact. Nothing feels accidental—each visual choice reinforces the game’s playful irreverence. The sound design and music amplify this effect, using timing and contrast to heighten jokes and maintain energy throughout the experience. Perhaps the most impressive achievement of There’s Poop in My Soup is how it understands its audience. It doesn’t try to be everything to everyone. It knows it’s a comedy game built on absurdity, and it delivers exactly that without dilution. In doing so, it becomes memorable. Long after you stop playing, you remember moments, reactions, and laughs—not because the game demanded emotional investment, but because it earned it through joy. In an era where many games strive to be “important,” There’s Poop in My Soup dares to simply be fun—and that’s precisely why it succeeds. It’s a reminder that games don’t always need grand narratives or hyper-realistic graphics to leave an impact. Sometimes, all they need is a ridiculous idea, smart execution, and the courage to fully commit. In short, There’s Poop in My Soup is a triumph of comedic game design. It’s silly without being shallow, simple without being boring, and absurd without being careless. If you value games that make you laugh, surprise you, and respect your time, this is an experience well worth savoring.

A game only for true intellectuals; to master the poop in the soup, one must have an IQ of at least 150. The complex gameplay is too much for a simple mind to comprehend, to simply throw poop in someones soup goes beyond the capabilities of any pleb. If you're thinking of buying this game make sure you can handle the complexities of such intuitive gameplay, otherwise you'd be better of buying a game for imbeciles... like the talos principle. That's all, now I'm going to sniff some glue.

It's completely stupid, but that's what makes it fun. And keeping up your combos so the music will keep playing is better motivation than any score table ever was.
