I like the game, I think it's really fun. My main gripe with it though is the fact that DLC is REQUIRED. DO NOT BUY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO SHAVE OUT 40 BUCKS FOR ONE DLC. I bought the German railway DLC and thought there'd be at least some more routes for me to choose. Nope, granted there are a lot of routes in just the one DLC that I did get, but I'm not sure about other DLCs. If you buy JUST the game with NO DLC, you get the tutorial and that's it. Nothing else. I hate it when games lure you in with kinda cheap game and then give you nothing unless you buy their extremely overpriced DLC. This is pretty much just me ranting about DLC, I hate DLC, DLC shouldn't exist.

Way more immersive than train simulator classic, new routes are awesome. My routes from TSW2 have carried over into TSW4 which is cool. I love having the ability to move around and explore. It's more 'arcade' than classic but that makes it a relaxing experience.

I was a train driver so I'm a bit bias, I think they have done a pretty good job, sounds, braking etc, it's on sale, I always wait for a sale, £7.99 plus the extra content, if you like driving trains get it whilst on sale and the DLC.

I love the graphics of the Antelope Valley lines and the sounds you hear inside and outside the trains. I even heard dogs barking while driving through the country. There is enough realism to make it fun to use, but still not so realistic to make it impossible to run.
