Just like with "Katamari Damacy: Reroll", The only thing preventing this from being a perfect remake is the omission of the english dubbing that was present in the original PS2 release. Its not that the JP VA work is bad, It's great, its just that the English VA work was so bad and hilarious that it gave this already weird game even more character and charm, and the absence of it is just jarring. It's a weird choice that I can only imagine the reason behind it is just to save Namco some money, Now just like with "Katamari Damacy: Reroll" this game also has a fan mod that just about restores this game to its former glory, however it's a little more involved than simply dragging and dropping a few files into the games directory, but it's still easy to do none the less.

i like the funky white boy music that plays when you run around in the main hub, it makes me feel like a circus performer, but my performance is falling from a high surface, and absolutely destroying my balls on someone's crusty ass laminate flooring, followed by getting maliciously sent into orbit by a middle aged Japanese man. Needless to say, would have my balls destroyed again.
