Cute, chill game to let run in your second monitor while you do other stuff. Cute Monsters, nice work/walk animations. Clear missions for progress. Sometimes awesome refrences for e.g. achievements. My girlfriend and I love this game.

After a hard day, there's nothing better than going to Your Big, Cute Monster Farm. This game is pure zen! No stressful situations, enemies or difficult puzzles. Just you, your adorable pets and a blooming farm.

These little monsters are super cute to have on your screen and they help you farm! As for the game itself, it could use a little polish. Some of the achievements are a bit of a pain to get.

Chat, can we talk about how hard it is to find a WORTHY idler?!? The 'idler' hashtag has become hot in 2025, with everything wanting to be an idler but very few actually deserving the title. This game does it right. It can be as hands on/off as you want... offering you options to hatch eggs, fuse monsters for stronger combinations and decorating to just sitting back and passively earning income (all whilst watching your cute critters work away on your farm). There are a whole array of monsters to unlock with unique abilities. And a ton of varied seeds to discover with little challenges, requiring a bit of grind by growing and accumulating produce. None of it feels tedious. It is very appropriately balanced. My favourite part is that I don't ever feel pressured to do anything (nor is it needed). If I am busy with work or (dying) in shooters, I know my monsters will keep the farm running. You can assign them tasks and areas to focus on. This is the type of idler that you leave open all night for the gains... real gamers will know what I mean ;) It's a win in my books!!

Sprites look cute and the game play is decent, there's also a decent variety of monsters but progress feels very slow due to needing mutant varieties of crops to progress along with prices for new buildings shooting up at an extremely high rate to where it feels like it's padding out the game due to having less content compared to Rusty's retirement. I'd probably hold off for a while before getting this game unless you are more into Pokemon compared to robots.
