I like that you can play both the cat and the girl, and that the gameplay is different for both of them. Nevertheless, sometimes I feel like I died when I shouldn't have because I can see that I wasn't on a spike, I was close enough but not touching it but the game registered as if I was on it, so I get why some people on the reviews find this game frustrating for this reason. It depends on how you perceive it, I personally don't mind. A Walk in the Dark is a good platformer and there are so many levels. However, I had to get used to the controls at first. The steering feels really good, but jumping felt very vague or floaty. If you jump in one direction, you should also commit, as changing direction is more likely to mean death. Nevertheless, I can only recommend the game. The price is also very reasonable.

It's definitely not a bad platformer, but I guess some people could get frustated by the controls which feel a bit slippery at the beginning. I'd still recommend it, it's fun once you get used to the physics.
