I loved this game! It took me about 3 hours and 15 minutes from start to finish, which is my only complaint. I just wish it took longer to complete. It was entertaining, peaceful, and the storyline was cute. It was nice to play a game without violence or jumpscares. I absolutely recommend this game.

There is something very healing about exploring nature through the eyes of a baby wild boar. Following a heavy opening (after a forest fire), the game settles into a beautiful, meditative rhythm of discovery. The nature is gorgeous and the sound design is ace, the sound of birds and Boris' little hooves clicking and clacking is pure serotonin. The main goal is to reunite with your family, who all carry their own unique personalities. While the side adventures of vast nature keep you engaged and educated! Gameplay features include: * Identifying flora and fauna (Mastering a certain type rewards you with nature fashion for Boris to wear) * Mini-games! (Think of photo challenges, racing, etc!) * Environmental puzzles * Improving the park (By either cleaning up lost trash or extinguishing fires at affected areas) * Finding your siblings / parents and solving unique quests, based on their needs, to 'recruit' them And much much more! The scent mechanic brought me back to a childhood favorite, "Dog's Life" on Playstation 2! Little Hooves, Big Heart. 10/10 ₍•̀ ⚇•́ ₎ ❤︎⁠

Very cute and unique game, could use some bug fixes and touch ups though. The graphics and the animations are adorable, not to mention each pig as its own personality trait that makes them feel alive. Story-wise the game is perfect and I'm loving it. I'm about 2 hours in and there seems to be a lot more content than I expected. There are so many different collectables, hidden objectives, and easter eggs. The scent mechanic is very unique and interesting too. I ran into a couple technical issues along the way, nothing that prevented my progress but it made the game feel unfinished. About 30 minutes in, I got stuck between rocks and couldn't get out. I had to use the unstuck feature which brought me to the start of the map. The interaction with the environment is often jittery when you're trying to climb, slide, run, etc. I found a bug with one of the quests, but not sure were to report it, And poor Gary can never lay down on flat ground, so he's always sleeping inside rocks or off a cliff's edge. Despite the unfinished feel, its still very enjoyable and I intend to keep playing, and I recommend it others.

My daughter felt in love at first sight with this piglet, and had me walk through the demo with her for more times than I could count. She was never bo(a)red of it! So I had to purchase the full game. For what I can see so far, it has a different storyline than the demo, and a much improved UX. But the gameplay principles remain the same. Also, finally, an English-language voiceover, although the original French voice remains available.
