So good. I'd buy it if wasn't on sale kinda good. It's got replay-ability for people that need that, its beautiful, and I adore the alt-history/historical fiction aspects of the game. It feels like I have enough control over the story while still allowing the story to be told. I haven't really had any issues with getting the game to save, freezing, errors, or bugs. I had some slight flickering that was barely noticeable and, occasionally, a calendar event wouldn't log. The events could be fixed by going out and back in and happened very rarely. The game is a touch repetitive, but actually a little less than I expected for this type of game. Overall, this game is probably becoming one of my favorites.

The graphics are not the most fantastic, especially on a full screen, but the story is intriguing and full of millions of choices that impact the story in ways that may not be immediately apparent.

After one playthrough a lot of the gameplay can get a bit repetitive but you can just click/spacebar through the dialogue and just pick the choices you know works well for those sections. The fun in this game is the liberty they took with the various choices you can make, and how those choices can actually affect the timeline and even change history. I recommend at least a couple playthroughs to see how things can change, especially with the different romance options. Really wish there were more games out there like this that play around with historical "what ifs?" and let the player really drive how the narrative plays out.

Extremely fun game with a cool story, although the gameplay gets a bit too repetitive and easy to figure out at a point that you might not want to replay it too many times.
