The best roguelite game I have ever played. Everything in this game feels amazing. This game has a lot of mechanics and every weapon feels great.The bosses are pretty easy once you memorize their patterns and what they do, as well as all other enemy types. This game has some really fun upgrades to use, some of which can just make you so overpowered. Every run feels fresh, honestly. Arena mode is great, too. It gets really challenging. The anvil also makes your weapons even better. The game is awesome. Highly recommend, I instantly fell in love with this. Runs great on low-end systems too! I'll go ahead and describe the weapons: Every weapon besides the default one is obtained my collecting pieces on pedestals. These pieces will have a mirror next to them. Weapons come in pairs of two called "armaments." Sword & Knife: Basic sword and a throwing knife. The default beginner weapon. Crossbow & Dagger: Ranged crossbow and close-range dagger. The crossbow has an AOE when you shoot it, like an explosion. When you shoot it, the further you are from the arrow, the longer it takes to recharge. The dagger is pretty self-explanatory. Tome & Wand: Basically a mage class. Your book has 3 orbs that recharge (can be 4 with upgrades from the anvil). You use the tome to shoot those orbs. The orbs also have an AOE, but it's not as large as the crossbow's. When you open your book, you'll see that it has 3 orbs: An orange, green, and blue one. Orange is fire, green is poison, and blue is lightning. Lightning is good for enemy swarms. You can also use your book to attack and push back enemies for a small amount of damage, which absorbs an orb as well. Flail & Bomb: The flail is a basic close-range melee weapon. It's a ball on a chain on a stick. If you smack the ball on the ground it'll have a little explosion effect. You can hold trigger on your controller to suck the ball in and make it more like a stick with a ball on it. The bomb part is where you take the end ball out and throw it as you would a grenade. This bomb can be remotely detonated by pressing the button you would use to put your weapon away (B button on Oculus controllers), or you can just wait for it to explode.

I spent 4 hours flailing around in the gambler's dwelve challenge. failed more times than i can count My foot is hurting. My eyes are burning. My mind is hazy and i cant think straight. I haven't got anything done today. Iam exhausted. 10/10 would recommend

This is one of the best VR dungeon crawling rogue-lites there is. I cannot recommend this game enough, The Devs have worked very hard on it and are still improving the game even now 4 years later with new weapons, relics, floors, and monsters. It's more arcade like in terms of combat physics but don't let that fool you. the Dungeon with eat you alive if you take it too easy. 10 out of 10
