A very solid VR rogue-like experience. It feels like the most old-school dungeon crawlers, but with the added immersion of actually being inside the game thanks to VR. Sure, the graphics might be a turn-off for some, but for me, they actually enhance the experience rather than detract from it. That’s because I prefer deliberately simple but well-crafted blocky graphics over poorly executed attempts at realism. The controls are straightforward yet feel great, and the core mechanic—the roguelite die/improve/retry structure—is rock solid. You keep delving deeper into the dungeon, chasing that one golden run that will take you farther than ever before. And when that moment comes... ahhh, the satisfaction! I only have two very minor complaints: 1-There IS an in-game option to switch your main hand during combat, but accessing it is not very clear as it requires you to click "Main Menu" from the pause menu, which you would assume take you out of the game and back to main menu, as in any other game. It doesn't, though, and allows you to change this setting by overlapping the main menu with the paused game. A weird UX choice, which I only worked around after trying this from the actual main menu, which states that this should be changed in the pause menu. 2-Breaking objects is fun at first but gets old pretty quickly. The problem is that crates occasionally drop items—albeit rarely—making it worthwhile but still mostly tedious. I’d limit item drops to clay pots instead, to establish a clearer visual grammar for what’s worth breaking. There are powerups that will prompt them to explode when hit, which is very fun, but it's run-dependent and mostly it'll feel like a chore.

This is a great VR game. I've been playing it the last few days and having a lot of fun. It's pretty hard! You only get one life and those hearts on your wrist run out pretty fast. However, you get better, and you level up in real life, and get a bit farther. Today, my arms are pretty sore from throwing that dagger, which has really good physics. It requires the kind of force you might use with a real, substantial throwing dagger. The sword arm is sore too from flailing in panic when any monsters gets too close. The trappings around the game are pretty goods too. You collect lore which gives you upgrades, and there seem to be other things that I haven't unlocked yet, such as an anvil glowing suggestively. The graphics also work well for me as well as the style and prose in the game. The performance is very good so that it is very smooth and there is no jumpiness. Of course I wish for a full campaign style game with dialog and all that, but I play this game in between fits of work sessions. If you like VR then get this game and let's motivate the author to make more. Well done and thank you!

Superb. I enjoyed the single-player but co-op is amazing as well. It can get chaotic with multiple people, and the single-player can be a slow-burn, almost horror experience were it not for the outstanding art style. Recommended for single-player, even if co-op one day fades.

My first run I got to floor 3, found a merchant, bought items from him, killed him to see what would happen, his body turned into a lich and blew my head off with a laser ending my run.. 10/10
