It's incredibly moving and it's really, really rough to get through, but in the way that games are uniquely positioned to accomplish with playable narratives. Play it knowing as little as possible.

Absolutely fuck all of you recommending this game, I'm literally typing this review with tears in my eyes and snot all down my face and my cat is just so concerned. Just an emotional gut punch that doesn't let up. I deeply deeply loved this.

It was most thorough painful experience as it is related to quite some traumas i had in the past, But regardless it was emaculate art piece, i haven't seen a game portraying such issues both via gameplay and story whilst being so true to what closed ones go through It truly is horrific seeing it from eyes of one who actually suffers from it directly. Highly recommend to play it to just experience it It is not a game, but an art experience.

Saying anything about the game would be a spoiler, so I'm not going to, besides the fact that I started playing the game completely blind. I thought it was going to be a horror game. And I was correct, this game is indeed horror, the most terrifying kind.

Went into this expecting a horror game, or a child abduction assault abuse, maybe that's what it's really about, I don't know. What I do know is this is a spectacularly made game, presenting us dementia & memory loss from the perspective of those who suffer from it. Spoilers ahead As an old lady, Sofia oft saw herself as a child & her husband as either a stranger, or her father. I honestly thought he was the former & this sadly has been the case in the world. Sick people taking advantage of those with dementia & memory loss. It really touches on just how confusing & muddling the world is is from the point of view of someone suffering memory loss, even to the point where I was getting confused as to what was going on. Really shows just how powerful & dangerous the human mind is to us. If you enjoy mouse only, simple puzzles & lovely animated games, this is for you. Well done to everyone involved.
