Really great game by Emika Games. Very nice graphics, pretty scary, some decent (tho cliche) jumpscares, and an unsettling atmosphere. The story, tho not going to win any Oscars, was pretty interesting and pushed my desire to finish it. There’s a lot of these indie horror devs that make fantastic games and bring forward some neat (and terrifying!) ideas. But playing an Emika Games game is a reminder of who really does it best! One thing I really appreciate about Emika Games is the inclusion of a save mechanic. Look, there’s no two ways about it - even if a game is only 45 mins long, a save system is always appreciated. Sometimes you just don’t have 45 mins to dedicate your time to a game in one sitting, sometimes you want to be able to easily snag a missed achievement. The ability to save, or start at a particular chapter, is the way to go for any game. So thank you for that, Emika! This game is on sale right now for $1.74. That is an undeniable bargain that should not be missed!

I love all of the games from this developer Emika_Games! They are all a quick palette cleanser when you get tired of your 250+ hr game and need a change for a few hours. After finishing, you can have tons of enjoyment watching someone else play the game for the first time as well!

A bite sized horror game I completed this game with all achievement in just 1 hour! That hat guy is creepy asf... Some jumpscares are unnecessary imo but the atmosphere is so good with that type of gore omgg absolutely cherry on top... if you feel kinda bored just play this game..

Wow! If you're looking for a spoopy walking sim that you can knock out in about an hour, this game is a good choice. As far as originality, you won't find much in the story or the all-too-familiar asset flip house that spoopsters like myself have seen in in numerous games. And that's ok. It's a tough job to try and find a story that's never been done. <3 I enjoyed my brief excursion into the asset flip house and was successfully jump scared at least 3 times. Placement of scary objects and visual cues to keep the game progressing were all really good. It's kind of a relief because I feel like I've played a couple games recently where there was zero indication of where to go or what to do and April 24th does a great job of keeping things flowing. This game is currently a steal at 53% off for the steam summer sale so I recommend grabbing it. But kitten! What if it's full price because I read this review after the sale?!? I'd say get it anyway. I feel like I had $5 of fun. :D Thumbs up me hearties! AAAARRRRR!!
