Backrooms: Apprehension is one of those small games that quietly earns its keep. At its original price of $2.99, it was already solid value. At the current $1.49 sale price, it’s an easy pickup and a bit of a hidden gem if you enjoy messing around in atmospheric co-op horror with friends. There are some fun gameplay ideas here, a few mechanics that help it stand out from other Backrooms-style games, and enough tense or funny moments to make it worth firing up with a group. It’s not a massive experience, and it’s not doing anything revolutionary—but it doesn’t need to. This is the kind of game you boot up occasionally, get some good scares and laughs out of, then happily move on from until the mood strikes again. Not essential. Not forgettable. Just a fun little experience at the right price. 6.8/10 Great value. Best enjoyed with friends. Absolutely worth it on sale. 👁️‍🗨️

Six games in I finally became the skin stealer. I waited patiently among my peers to let them feel some level of comfort and security I proceeded to aid them in finding whatever loot and guns I came across . Finally the group came together to use a scanner and double check who was the black sheep. I held nothing back as I walked towards them only for them to hear my last words “I’m sorry”. I mutilated every single one of them. 10/10 game.

If you have some friends, it's alot of fun. It's a little basic, and yeah that's it's charm, it's only a couple bucks and def worth it. Definitely a thumbs up.

Best Imposter game I have played yet. That's an EASY recommend. Currently has a low player count but I've been organizing fridays where we can all meet up and get some rounds in, We're playing every friday at 9PM EST or 8PM central, so yeah grab this game if you're considering it, it's an indie dev and he made something really great it just doesn't have advertisement or marketing. He deserves your 3 dollups easy recommend, get this game today play with us on the weekends or if we get enough players maybe we can have rotating around the clock lobbies.
