I really wish that the game was cheaper because I think it would make more people get on board with this game. The game itself is really good, but there isn't enough people to capitalize on it's full potential

TLDR: Don't believe every review at face value, Indie sandbox game is unfinished and janky but has a MASSIVE amount of potential for the future if you're patient enough or willing to invest money in that future. -------------------------- Lots of the bad reviews are spreading misinformation about the game and trying to stir up drama because of the Queer game developers, intentionally misinforming or not its still bad to believe everything you read online without proof. Be careful, because a lot of these bad reviews made by people who wish for the game to fail twist partial truths to make their arguement sound more logical Although there are plenty of actually valid criticisms, I think the Dev team seem to be cool people and actually answered my questions about the misinformation spread by reviews and cleared things up for me !!! ------------ That said, Brickadia is essentially a more modern Garry's mod-esc sandbox, built from the ground up(rather than relying on valve's pre-existing content) comparable to games like Rec room or Roblox, with of course a Plastic Brick stylistic twist on-top of that! My experience so far has probably been about a 7/10-ish so far, i'm just wandering around because the tutorial doesn't go over everything needed for building your own experiences, and since the game is extremely new, there's not a lot of community content yet either to sink my teeth into!!! This game has a sharp learning curve for creating anything more than a static stationary building! I'm struggling to learn even just the basics of wiring, how to save your builds, how to configure your settings, etc, and will probably need outside help to figure it out (I am not an intelligent individual) - I think if you're a creative person who wants a creative outlet, this game has so much potential for you as an artistic medium for *plastic brick creations, its very satisfying building things brick by brick even in my limited experiences, and for only 30$ you get basically an infinite tub of *plastic bricks with physics, logic systems, wacky gamerules/community minigames, and combat! Meanwhile, if you're a player who wants to hop in and play other people's content and don't want to experiment on your own or make your own stuff, this game doesn't really offer much for the moment. Lego lovers will love this though because this is a genuine competitor to it, which is great with the rising lego prices, the cheaper/flimsier plastic, and lazy molds. - The game IS janky, the game crashed on my first session playing, and its obviously unfinished because its an EARLY ACCESS game, the features are somewhat barebones, and 30$ is a hefty pricetag for an unfinished game(although its still much better of a deal than buying legos), Yet, I have faith for the future of the game and am excited to see how it develops in the future !!! The devs are passionate and passion usually leads to good places, and I've seen the community at work making minigames to play :)

Its fuggin blockland 2.0. Blockland was an amazing game back in the day, before its creator ruined it. regardless, a new age of brick building has begun, and this game is SO much better than roblox.

This is the best creative game i've ever played! And i've played many: minecraft, roblox, littlebigplanet, dreamsPS4, tower unite, sauerbraten/cube2, scrap mechanic, trailmakers This game lets you create anything you can think of, from buildings to vehicles to contraptions to machines to entire levels to obstacle courses to maps for shooter deathmatches to whatever you want, really! You can also visit the gallery and download and play worlds other people have made! Everything you create has physics and can move smoothly through the world. Anything can move, even an entire house! In my opinion, this already puts it miles ahead of games like minecraft, where things can only stand still. It all happens ingame, there is no need to install a seperate program to create content in this game. It also works great with controllers! I've played on steam deck and with a ps4 controller, works great for both. Did I mention you can do all of that, together with 30 other players in dedicated servers, where everything syncs up in realtime? Meaning chaotic fun driving lots of vehicles all over the place, spawning a huge amount of physics objects (which btw don't make the game run much slower at all, it's that optimized), and the big one: working together on entire worlds all at the same time! The way you build feels amazing and intuitive. You can click and drag to quickly place bricks of any size, and you can easily make pillars or foundations or walls that way. The game has an amazing, in-depth logic gate system in the vein of LittleBigPlanet and Dreams and it'll only get better from here, as the devs have a lot of plans to add new logic gates! It's also one of the most optimized games made in UnrealEngine5 that you've ever seen. It can run on very weak computers but also on very powerful ones. It has insane raytracing that runs better than most games, but you can just as easily play without it. Oh yeah, and it's only 1.5gb in size! There's just too much to cover in a review, this is a game with infinite possibilities that you could potentially spend years in. I hope this gets really big and popular, it's such an amazing game!! oh, and: bricj!!! <3<3<3

It's like the lovechild of Blockland and Garry's Mod. A dream game come true for many, but still lacking in some features I hope come further in development--ladders, block destruction, and a few other things. I've been waiting a couple years for this game to release, so to get accepted into the beta was wonderful. I can tell already that it'll be my GOTY 2025.
