This is abandoned software, but the developer's latest software "Tabletop Creator" has implemented generative AI into their software. Asinine to assume someone would want to pay to use the same genAI that anyone else has access to. So if you want a convenient way to make cards and use them for Tabletop Simulator to try them out: get this, but on sale. Otherwise you can design your own cards with Libre Office's PDF editor for free (without genAI meddling), since the software operates in a similar fashion for placing image/text boxes. The only thing that costs you here is the price of convenience.

It does everything I need it to for my personal card game. It's very simplified and straightforward, which is a gift and a curse, depending on how complex you want your designs to be. Highly recommend it for the ease of use and convenience.

At first when I started using Card Creator, I was a little confused. I watched a few tutorial videos, and it cleared things up. The interface on this app is pretty user friendly. I created some really cool cards, and got them printed on Launch Tabletop; they were pretty easy to format! It really does create quality cards. I would recommend to anyone trying to break into the TCG business.

I have used this to create a card game with relatively little difficulty or expense. It's not as intuitive as it could be, but it gets the job done once you figure out what it wants from the user. Makes Print n Play pdf files and exports to tabletop simulator. Has 'sample' projects that will be useful for people making proxy or fantasy cards from popular games. Importing art is easy and it comes with a decent amount of clip art icons.

I am a history teacher and like making visual vocabulary game cards for activities like quiz quiz trade, definition duel, context clue clash... you get the point. This immediately replaced using Google Slides for making cards for me. It takes some getting to used to with how the layer system works but clicks very quickly. Great tool for educators. I was patient for a deep sale which don't seem to happen very often for this software but after my experience I would pay full price for this.
