Extremely cute game, very satisfying and fun. Love the grocery store levels <3 Unfortunately I get extremely motion sick from this game.. this is the only game that gets me so sick like this that it makes it really hard to play most of the time. Have been trying to 100% this one before trying the reMEOWstered version. Idk if it's at fault of the game, or if its just me. Hopefully the reMEOWstered version doesnt make me feel so sickly bc I really like playing this but the motion sickness just makes it nearly unplayable </3

Decent game but get the Remeowstered version if you wanna play and enjoy Catlateral Damage. The hit detection isn't the best and the cats look like god awful pumpkin goblins. I do like the "Events" that happen though, wish it was brought over to the Remeowstered version. Got both versions in a bundle on sale so here we are. I recommend it only if it's on sale and bundled with Remeowstered.

Overall it's a fun idea, and while the gameplay is pretty repetitive, the music overstays its welcome very quickly. What you see really is what you get, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. It's very clearly a definition of a casual brain-off game to just zone out and kick things around in and it goes on sale a lot so it's not a bad deal for your money by any stretch. For casual play, it's fine. Nothing special or noteworthy, in good or bad ways. It is a lot of fun to have the maximum swipe strength and send small books and blocks rocketing across the room, and destroying the T-Rex skeleton in the Museum was always fun too, and having a wide variety of cats you can play as is also nice, but overall the game is still just okay. But then for people like me who enjoy collecting achievements in games with low achievement counts, it's a very padded game. I expected to go in, play for like 8 hours across a weekend and be finished, but that turned into on and off playing over the course of a few weeks. Due to everything being procedurally generated, it's easy to get stuck and have to redo levels due to the RNG and just outright bizarre map designs. Sometimes you'll have an objective in a level that is worth way more points than anything else while you're on a time run or something, but then the game doesn't give you the power ups for higher jumping that would actually let you reach the height to hit some of the stuff. Randomized power ups, randomized paintings, and randomized secret level triggers means it's luck of the draw regarding how easy it becomes to finish everything out, which only become less and less likely as you approach the end, with the paintings especially. Throughout my 17 hours I only ever saw the Christmas level one time, I went to the Museum level more times than I could count, and my final 3 hours of play time were waiting on mice to spawn for the achievement. All through weird RNG. I also wish that unlocking other cats did something noteworthy, like having different stats or something, but from what I could tell it seemed to be purely cosmetic. The levels inside the house and campsite are just a chore outright to play because of the bright yellow walls and furniture that make your eyes hurt, but they seem to be the most common types of levels to be generated. The bottom line is that it's not a bad game, and it's not *hard* to get 100% on, It is a very casual and simple game, and it's just tedious to finish out due to the repetitiveness of it. It's definitely either a game you play once or twice in your life for some chuckles and just don't think much about after, or it is a game that you play once or twice a week and slowly chip away at your progress because it is super easy to get burnt out on it otherwise. It is definitely a game from 2015, back when joke games like this were constructed much better. It's a well built game, but it's not going on anyone's top 10 list. TLDR it's okay. If it's on sale, no harm done.
