Chased by Darkness is a co-op horror survival game with a fastpaced, tense atmosphere. The gameplay feels very similar to Devour, and honestly, I’d pick Devour over this any day. It offers 3 different maps, each with unique, fun designs that are great for playing with friends. The fact that guns can be upgraded in each level and you can actually shoot adds a nice touch to the experience. Definitely recommend it if you're a fan of co-op horror games. 5/10

Chased By Darkness is entirely new type of horror game. Compare to Devour, Pacify, or Phasmo. Players are able to fight back using weapon and able to kill the monsters. The map has different facility to explore and scenes can be triggered. No doubt this game has potential and LORE to fulfill. It is essentially Devour with guns. Very janky gameplay, although some of it, (especially the Motel map) made me laugh a lot. It does have a progression system where you can unlock different guns and outfits based on the XP you gained. There is also a custom difficulty if you want to just stomp the poor boss enemy or completely remove the smaller enemy variants, but you can also make it harder than insane difficulty if you wish (like making the boss move at 2x speed while you move at .5x speed). When it goes on sale it is worth it. If you like games like Devour, then you will most likely enjoy this one.

Omg this game was soooo annoying but it was fun. Problem is that working as a team and doing everything together trying get pass just one stage. We finally beat 2nd stage of the food one took us 3 or 4 days just beat it do to how annoying it was with all enemy and then she cant be taken down when she mostly running so u have hide alot of times. Goat is easy do to u have calm him down by shooting him but each u get crystal and burn it u need take so many shot for him but with shot gun take 1 shot first round then more crystal we get we need get him 3 rounds or more. But my partner always die before me and fat thing always gets me around corner i be rushing lol. Vampire lady she really easy to deal with but not crawlers. Each time team just runs alot keep getting her but we was so close finish that map but problem ones we close getting last thing. She sneak up at u and u cant hear her coming she crawls. She so creepy and scary every time deal with it. But i give game thumb up do to fact scary crap out of me and game is challenging also. We play 3 teams doing all these stages. We beat one. Boss fight was easy on 2nd stage. Hell she was annoying whole time.
