This game should come with a free prescription for blood pressure pills. As soon as that Rush Hour music starts, my normally healthy blood pressure shoots through the roof. Why do I do this to myself? It's definitely better on PC over Steam Deck though - although the controls function as intended and there were no crashes on Steam Deck, it's just significantly easier on a keyboard. I get why they toned the achievement difficulty down when porting to console, to account for the controller use.

Kinda my comfort game. Something to play when I'm down (don't look at my hours). It's strange because it can be a pretty damn stressful game. +Amazing art that will make you very hungry and wish food looked that good in real life. +Demanding gameplay that can be super challenging +Fairly good co op support, on the same pc too. +Legitimately helped me learn to touch type -Can get a little repetitive -Progression isn't really too fun. Or at least it's just a little too basic

I was quite hooked on the the first game in this series and decided to try the sequel since the first one was such a fun game. To be honest, in terms of gameplay, I would say this one was a little bit lacking compared to the first one for some reason even though the mechanics behind the games were pretty much the same. Or maybe that was the reason because they didn't add much of anything new to this one and they even took out some aspects of the game that I enjoyed from the first one like the different contests. But they did expand the menu quite a bit. I didn't count but it felt like they doubled or even tripled the number of dishes you can choose for the menu. They also improved the graphics quite a lot in my opinion and dishes looked quite appetising even though they were not real. So overall I would say this is still a nice and interesting game to play.
