Love this game! I used to play it on mobile years ago and when I found it on steam, I was really excited! The only thing I would change, would be adding the Alan Walker levels from the mobile version on steam too. The Despacito level was also fun, a "The Specter" level (Alan Walker) , and a difficulty rating for the levels would be great! Another cool feature would be to have a "rank" system that you could invest stars to upgrade.
This brings back so many memories... I first played this game at age 10. It was around the time The Cathedral was the brand new level. Playing this on PC now at age 19 (almost 20)... Nostalgia! I do have some amazing feedback of what I found in this steam port made me very excited about. There are no more microtransactions that involve your money and the levels are made free to play (with the exception of the DLC/The Mystery!) So glad I don't have to use bank cards/gift cards for levels or stars (currency in-game). And the fact that there will be more major updates that involve new levels, skins and so much more to this new Steam version of Dancing Line. And the missions feature is a really great way to earn more stars such as... (ex. Starting up the game, die 3 to 5 times or collect any amount of diamonds when playing a level.) This is a really big change and I cannot wait for more new levels in the future this year! I 100% recommend this game everyone!
This is the same game I used to play as a toddler way back then in its og mobile port before it got taken down from the app stores. So imagine my surprise and nostalgia the moment I found this game while casually browsing through the Steam store looking for games to min-max my budget. The devs made the right call by removing the entire energy and revive limit system in this pc version of the game and making every single level free and accessible any time (with the exception of The Mystery, which is sold as a DLC content of the game), the revive limits and locked levels makes sense in a free mobile game, but since its a pc version I had to pay around 10 dollars for, the said systems wouldnt fit. I do notice that theres some levels removed from the pc version, for example, Alan Walker's levels But yea, I am glad to have a personal childhood game part of my library collection.
Finally, Dancing Line is back! (for real this time I hope...?) One of my favorite games originally made from mobile device is officially on Steam. Please keep rolling updates this time like in the past. The more the levels, the better! (and hopefully to get the licenses again for the missing levels). Also the recent level quality is so good!! Thank you for the meal!
