Demolish & Build 2018 does exactly, what name promises. You get to go demolition work with heavy machinery. That feels satisfying, feeling man made machine chewing rocks and walls. Construction side is pretty fun too. And explosives! Game is bit unpolished and slight issues with controls. Some machines have almost good controls, but others could feel wrong. But if you get past those, there is decent game with story(?). OK, at least new heavy machine as you progress. Game is open world, and you can drive around. Mostly just to watch scenery. You cannot enter anything else than construction sites. Recommended if you like heavy machinery.

If you enjoy destroying buildings and running a construction business, Demolish & Build 2018 offers a satisfying experience. Smashing structures with heavy machinery or a sledgehammer feels great, and managing your own demolition company adds depth. However, the physics can be unpredictable, and the controls for some vehicles feel clunky. The graphics are also a bit outdated, but if you can overlook these flaws, there’s plenty of fun to be had. It’s not perfect, but if you love destruction and construction, it’s worth a try! Rating: 3.5/5

Game is fun! You get to smash toilets, break walls, clean up debris with a bulldozer, etc. The physics are nice cause you can break the bottom of a tiled wall and the top tiles will fall naturally to the ground and break. Lots of construction vehicles to purchase, and each are required for different jobs. I had to use my bulldozer to drive thru an old bar building. I even had to spray the place down with a fire hose to ensure no dust contamination occurred from my demolition site. You get a free truck, and each job earns you money to buy a larger variety of tools. The negatives are that I can not turn off "Head Bob", there are no settings for that. I started to get motion sick when I crouched my character and was knocking down bathroom fixtures for a demolition job, but then the debris on the floor started pushing me around. I was trying to get the bottom fixtures of the toilets broken, but had to wade through debris to get to them. They kept pushing back on me as I tried to push through it. This started getting me sick and then everything just kind of cascaded from there. I am sure if you are a child then this will not bother you as much as me. I think the dev should add a setting to prevent head bob, and also remove "broken debris" collision. I wish the escape button paused the game. I pressed escape to eat dinner, and came back to un-escape to see my truck on the highway had backed up several other vehicles. lol I played this game for over 3 hours, and now steam is saying it was half an hour... why?

For just 1€ (purchased on sale), this game offers a surprising amount of fun with engaging mechanics and a variety of maps. While the controls might feel a bit clunky at first, you'll quickly get the hang of them and start enjoying the gameplay. The game offers a mix of destruction, construction, and racing with construction vehicles, making for an entertaining experience. It's a great option for casual gaming and definitely worth the price, especially if you're looking for something unique and fun to pass the time.

Very good game if you like demolishing things Game features all the tools that you can think of to demolish a building. also has vehcles that you can drive over an open world, and watch the funny glitches, or some bad A.I driving, lol i would recommend this. 8/10
