Obscure great game of its time. If you are a fan of old TBS games (especially homm2-3), you ought to try this. A fresh approach to turn based game design. If you enjoy this, try 2'nd game too, It is also awesome.

Definitely an interesting classic game that inevitably draws comparisons to Heroes of Might & Magic. However, it plays quite differently, focusing more on survival and leveling up each individual fighter. Unfortunately, on a modern computer, there are too many technical issues that make it hard to play, so I can't fully appreciate it.

In one year is gonna be 26 years (!) since the premiere of this game. And that's why this game deserves the title of a diamond. Why? Because the diamonds are not getting old! The gameplay is so awesome, you want to play 'one more round...just one more round" The rules of fight are not very complicated, yet you have to combine and take a risk to win Watching units leveling up is very satisfying and descriptions of them is something that makes fantasy world much more attractive Graphic? Who cares it's so old, if animations, portraits and other state pictures looks great! I recommend highly - you're gonna have a lot of fun!

This is a good turn based strategy game. It is a very old game. The art style of this game is good. Since its a 2D game it doesn't look that bad. It works on windows 11. Max resolution is 480p and will stretch to 1080p or whatever your screen resolution is. I have amd graphics and i use performance profile to play this game which uses super resolution option to stretch and make it look better.
