I’ve played a ton of modern shooters, and somehow DOOM And DOOM II still feel better than a lot of them. The movement is fast, the guns feel punchy, and the level design is just fun. No tutorials, no cutscenes every five minute just you, demons, and a shotgun.

really cool, makes me hard, the music is really cool, i didnt play legacy of rust yet but it seems cool, i think they should put doom 64 here instead of making it a seperated game though

DOOM + DOOM II aren’t just games, they’re the great-grandfathers of the FPS genre. These titles mark the pinnacle redefining moment when id Software pioneered 3D engines and forever changed gaming. Without their groundbreaking work, we wouldn’t have Call of Duty, Unreal Engine, or the countless shooters that followed. Even decades later, the raw speed, atmosphere, and sheer fun of DOOM remain unmatched. This is history you can play. (just my own opinion & personal history)
