so sick!! bare in mind its very short, the levels are pretty fun and simple in this one, i enjoyed. the TRANSITIONS into the different levels and backrooms is one of the coolest features/implementations i seen in these backrooms games. they'll catch you off guard and genuinely spook you as your introduced/no clipped into a different level. only thing id say for the devs, maybe remake the liminal hotel that's viewable from outside the window? its pretty small and looks tacky compared to everything else in the game but other than that. this ones tight!! i wish it was longer, or if there was a dream logic 2?? lol
5/10 Disclaimer: Do not pay full price for this game. Even with 100%ing it took less than an hour. This is a tough one to recommend, but I think if you are a liminal space/backrooms fan then it is worth it on discount. It has some great spaces, including the school, which is rare to see. The atmosphere is good as well as the inclusion of music. You even get to go full cyberpunk and drive a car at one point. Which didn't fit at all with liminal spaces, but it was fun I guess? This game is incredibly short, and the levels felt like a singular room with one thing to locate the majority of the time. And locating said objects was incredibly simple and too easy. I didn't like the anomaly either. If you don't like to be chased then I would skip this one, though the chase is incredibly short as well. The cloud level was just odd and didn't fit in with any of the other levels. Also, there is supposedly a story set up in the beginning and then it is never touched upon again? Odd. I guess the anomaly killed that too. Overall, I only recommend this game to diehard liminal space fans. It doesn't feel like a full game and is just simply too short with nothing to do. Feel free to skip, unless you are built different.
This game popped up on the deep discounts section and I decided to give it a try as the visuals intrigued me. Not disappointed. Very tight and intense experience. Short but super effective, good pacing and diversity. The visual are very good, the reflectiveness / shininess of the tiles and water pools is amazing and contribute greatly for the good visual experience. Good sound design that helps keep consistency and a certain tone. That car ride was really unexpected but felt amazing. The color palette plus the music was so nostalgic, 80's I guess. The chase sequence felt great as closure. Recommended!
