played a few hours. DD Awakened is dead and no longer updated. DD2 was okay. DD1 has aged like fine wine. The graphics are stylish to the point they really dont show much age, not like other games of this era do. Would recomend.

I played this game so much in 2012 back on the xbox 360 and its awesome that it still sees updates. i bought it again for the nostalgia not really thinking it would hold up to games from 2024 but i was heavily surprised that ive had more fun on this than most games ive played recently.

I love this game. I played solo for all 100 of my hours so far and still had fun. With others its even better. I first played with friends on Xbox 360 and it was one of the best times I had with them. If you want to have a good time with friends I recommend getting the 4 player pack and just going at it for an hour or so. My only complaint is that a lot of stuff is behind DLC, but there is enough to do for about 50 hrs at least without it.

I think the game definitely shows some aging (graphically and mechanically), but I'd say it's still one of THE tower defense games of all time.

I used to play this game all the time on Xbox 360. It was the one game my dad and I bonded over. I always describe this game as "A tower defense game mixed with RuneScape graphics and FPS mechanics" I may have bought all the DLC for this game and it always brings a smile to my face and fills my brain with dopamine every wave. plus funny costumes lol
