Five Nights at Freddy's 3 is quite the game, huh? To quote Mark, it was the most hype game in the history of gaming. This thing was EVERYWHERE, and everyone was thrilled to see the ending of the FNAF trilogy. Haha... funny how things work. Either way, FNAF 3 is great! Most people like to say that this is the first "bad" FNAF game. I think that's silly and dumb. FNAF 3 is probably the most simple in gameplay, but also the one where things can go wrong the quickest. It causes you to always be on your toes, even if there is only one real threat. Speaking of that threat, Springtrap is perfect. An amazing horror ICON that is chilling in every single shot in this game, and he brings a level of fear not seen before. This is a rotting killer in an old dusty suit. That thought alone is creepy. Do I even need to mention the story, the good ending quest, and how it elevates the game experience? Just... WOW! If I were to complain... Night 6 is complete crap poop. (Saving my more colorful language for the other games.) I am convinced this night is rigged against you. Springtrap can INSTANTLY run from the start of the building to your office. It's RNG incarnate, and it feels like it takes the worst of FNAF 2 and doubles it. It's a nightmare. Literally. To add onto this, I think the Phantom animatronics are a little too hard to counter. Some are easy, just turn the cameras off and your good. But some like Phantom Foxy or Phantom Puppet are basically unavoidable! It's really annoying. Either way, I think FNAF 3 is very overhated. A good and creepy setting, an amazing foe to go up against, and the perfect final lore make this a great ending to the trilogy. If only is WAS the actual ending... but then we wouldn't get SOTM, so I guess it's fine. 8/10
