Some games are bloated, some endless, but once in a while we are blessed with a Flyknight . A game that is truly complete at its launch. No BS, no tricks, just a whole experience begging to be gone through cooperatively. This isn't solely a dungeon crawling souls-like with the vibe of old school Runescape; it's a statement about the very soul of a genre. You may have seen plenty of dungeon crawlers, you may believe that hundreds of hours of content and endless side quests are required to be worth your time, conflating time spent with value. You don't get it. Not yet. This game is only a few hours long, but damn sure is a quality 4-6 hours. You haven't felt the joy of completing a full, satisfying journey in a single sitting with a friend. You haven't tasted the tactical genius of a well-placed arrow to an angry wasp's leg. This is a rejection of modern game bloat, a defiant stand against filler and empty promises. Flyknight is a game that trusts you to appreciate a perfectly tuned core loop. It's a game made with love, not an algorithm. This is a game that is complete and in today's world, that is a miracle.

This game was literally made for me. In all honesty though, probably the best experience you can have for a single session on like a weekend. You can easily 100% the game in only like a handful of hours, but those are some of the most fun hours I've ever had, especially with a friend or two.
