i have played this game 10 hrs with people from usa and i am in the uk it is a fun friend slop game i am not sure why this is getting a lot of hate u get what u paid for £6.99 is not even the price of a movie these days even if u play if u play for a few hrs u get you moneys worth to have fun with friends love the silly ness of rolling around as a big frog
I've been wanting a non-horror extraction friend slop game to play and this has filled that niche perfectly. I love being a frog and the funky movement is very fun. I did have to max out the fov for my motion sickness but since then it's been pretty under control. It does allow for solo play (no lunchboxes if you're on your own) which I always appreciate in a game meant for multiplayer It does save your progress but I'd love multiple save slots since I tend to play with different groups
I'm leaving a very hesitant thumbs up on this review for now. There's lots of potential here -- it's a cute game and fun to play, but it also needs a lot of polishing because of issues that should normally only be present in an early access game. The visuals and graphics are super cute! But the physics and controls feel very floaty and inconsistent when it comes to moving around, pulling on objects/surfaces with the frog tongues, and barfing up the food into the boat bowl without accidentally making the items tumble over the edge of the boat and into the water -- all of these things are way harder than they should be, and this makes for a frustrating, finicky game feel. I also think that it would be helpful if all players in the lobby were required to lick the frog operating the boat in order to finish each level. I accidentally licked him and almost left my friend behind in the water at the end of the level.
